We stayed silent for a while as my mind dived in the old memories, Albert moved closer to me and held my hand
Albert: I'm very sorry
I smiled softly at him
Yn: It's fine-
Albert: Did she look like you?
I giggled softly
Yn: We were basically twins
Albert: Then she was beautiful
He said grinning to me, I smiled to him softly
Yn: Things happen for a reason, and well my dad was always there
He started to caress my hand softly which made all the pain in my chest fade away, I looked back at him and smiled, everything was silent for a few minutes, until Albert said with a soothing voice.
Albert: I'm sorry, Yn
I smiled and then looked back at him
Yn: Your turn
He stared at the ground for a while and then said.
Albert: Middle school was hell for me
I looked at him and frowned slightly, he was serious so I decided to stay quiet for him to carry on talking
Yn: ...-
Albert: You wouldn't believe how mean a group of kids can be
He said and chuckled in sarcasm
Yn: ...-
Albert: They all made fun of me, literally for everything, it got to the point where I had to hide in the bathroom during the whole day, it was just insults at first...

Albert: Then it turned to physical aggression
He looked away for a while and then carried on

Albert: I didn't find any way to escape more than, act worse, if you can't defeat them, join them, right?
Yn: ...-
Albert: So high school started, and I decided that I didn't want people to walk all over me again so... I started doing the same, pushing people, laughing and well I guess it got out of hand

He looked at me and smiled softly
Albert: ...
Yn: I'm sorry all of that happened to you
He sighed
Albert: Well, that's pretty much why I started messing with you
Yn: Any special reason why you chose me?
He smiled
Albert: You were the best in the class, that's why

Albert: But then...-
He suddenly said, I looked at him for a while waiting for him to continue
Yn: ...What?
He stayed quiet and then looked at me with a nervous grin
Albert: Do you really wanna know why I stopped bullying you?
I felt my heart beating fast for some reason, I was nervous
Yn: Mhm! Tell me
Albert: ...One day, after school, it was raining terribly and I saw you standing in the exit with Maia, laughing while your hair was getting soaked
