I blinked a few times not believing what was going on

I said almost in a whisper he looked at me and laughed again, I couldn't tell if it was either a joke or if he was being serious
Albert: Someone doesn't believe me?
I laughed

He laughed, I started to get nervous
Albert: Is it that hard to believe? I thought we were being honest with each other
He said laughing again
I wanted to say so many things there
But my words were stuck behind my tongue

I wanted to slap myself so bad, I looked ridiculous not being able to say a word
Albert however just smiled at me and laughed softly

I said perplexed
Albert: Not at all
He smiled at me, I frowned in confusion, he talked about it so simply, as if it wasn't great business
Yn: Are you serious?
Albert: you wanted to know why I stopped bullying, and it's because I fell in love with you
He smiled at me, I frowned again not believing anything
I then took a deep breath; I was ready to also confess that I liked him

But once again he interrupted me
Albert: It's pretty late, I should drive you home before your dad calls the cops on me
I laughed and then thought for a while

I'll make the story short, Albert and I talked normally for the rest of the ride, he complimented my dress again a few times and then dropped me at my house, still not believing everything that happened that night I walked inside my house and rested my back against the door, the whole house was dark and cold, after some seconds of me diving deep in my thoughts, a light turned on and my dad with his pajamas on walked to me.
Dad: Hey! There you are! Did you have fun?
I sighed and smiled to him
