"So, what did you guys do at the hotel?" August asked. I hadn't hung out with her in a while so I invited her out for a night in.
"It was really sweet actually."
"Did you guys bang?" I rolled my eyes and felt myself blush.
"No. We did not 'bang.' We both decided not to sleep together yet."
"That's stupid."
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes. "We watched a movie in bed and cuddled and then we stayed up late and just talked. It was really sweet. I like him so much August."
"Michael says you guys are cute together." She took her wine glass off the table and took a sip.
"Michael? I didn't know you guys hung out."
"Yeah we hung out a few times. Banged too."
"God, August. That's gross. I don't want to know that." She shrugged her shoulders and took another sip of her wine.
"So, any new news?" I shook my head no. "Well your life is boring. I need to head out soon."
"What? You said that you'd stay for more then an hour."
"Yeah well Issy is having a party and I heard it's raging."
"Fine leave me then." I got up from the couch and walked her to the front door. When she left I realized that I had nothing to do. Calum was with the band writing and I didn't really have any other friends. My phone started ringing just I was starting to feel sorry for myself; it was my mom. "Hey mom."
"Hailey! We have such good news!" My mom said.
"Are you having another baby?"
"No! An artist in Portugal called me today... she wants me to go down there for a month and do some work with her!"
"Mom! That's awesome!"
"I know! And you're coming too."
