"Wait is that my knife?"

We sat in that house for maybe ten more minutes, and the ground finally stopped shaking. My comm started to make some noise again, and I needed to know if it was safe to come out, so I tried to call the paladins. When I opened the line, I could hear them all cheering on the other end. There was so much noise that I wasn't sure I would be heard, so I decided to save my questions for later.

"Yeah we did it!" They all cheered.

"How did you do that?" Hunk asked someone.

"Whoa," Keith chuckled. "Thanks Red."

Keith. So that was who I needed to ask.

We started to let the Arusians out of their homes, and I got swarmed with thank yous and kind gestures. I hadn't really done anything though, but I think most of the Arusians were more thankful for all of our help as a team. As some of the adults had left our conversation, the older Arusian from earlier came to me, with a solemn look.

"I just wanted to apologize for my behavior earlier. I know that you and your team are doing so much to help us, and you all saved our village today, and for that, I am eternally grateful," he told me as he grabbed my hands.

"Oh, it's alright-"

Zarkon has challenged us to rise from the mud and prove our worth. We will not let him down.

Sir, how are we going to take the Castle with just the two of us and five damaged sentries?

By exploiting our enemy's weaknesses.

What weaknesses?

The worst weakness of all. They value the lives of others. And we must act fast. I sense someone knows of our plans.

Miss.

Miss.

"Miss, are you alright?" The old Arusian asked me as he lightly tapped my hand.

"Uh- y-yes," I chuckled nervously. "Um, will you excuse me?" I asked, without even really getting permission as I quickly walked away.

What was going on with me? This was the third vision I had had in a few days. Was I going crazy? How did I know about the gladiator before it even showed up? I needed to talk to someone. I left the Arusian village and finally found the other paladins in the Castle. They were saying farewell to the prisoners we had saved. I had hoped to talk to them about Matt, but I knew Pidge had, and I needed to talk to her soon. But as the group dispersed, Keith came up to me all excited.

"(Y/N)! That fight at the end was amazing!" He told me. I hadn't seen him this excited ever.

"Yeah, I wanted to talk to you about something, but what happened at the end?" I asked him curiously.

"I don't know! It was like Red told me exactly what to do or something. Like I stuck my bayard in this slot, and Red made a whole sword for us that split that gladiator in half!" He said, using his hands to make motions as he talked. "But, uh, what did you want to talk about?" He asked.

I suddenly got super nervous. What if he didn't believe me? What if he thought I was crazy?

"Well, uh..." I said, rubbing my arm. "I figured you wouldn't laugh at me, but I don't know-"

Keith put a hand on my shoulder and looked me in the eyes. His eyes were a grey-purple color that I had never noticed before, and for once they didn't look stiff. He gave me a soft smile.

"I won't laugh at you. What's up?"

I could feel, my cheeks heating up. No (Y/N), not right now.

"I've been having weird visions for the past few days, and I think they are predicting the future or something!" I blurted. As Keith began to look confused, I just quickly continued. "I had a dream the other night that warned me about the Gladiator coming, and I didn't tell anyone. And then I had a vision about Shiro fighting a Gladiator monster. And then I just had another one about a galra general being on Arus. I don't remember his name, but they are here and ready to attack again."

Keith was silent for a second but tried to gather his thoughts.

"A-Are you sure? Cause while we were out there fighting, everything was safe after the battle. And I mean, Voltron is pretty tall, so I think we saw everything," he chuckled softly, giving me a smile.

"No Keith, you don't understand. Can you please tell Shiro about this? I could have at least warned you guys about the Gladiator, but I didn't...and...I don't know," I mumbled, looking at the ground.

"Yeah, yeah, I'll let him know. I thought you were going to tell me that you have a- wait is that my knife?" Keith asked me mid-sentence as he pointed to the knife on my belt.

"Oh this?" I asked him as I pulled it from its holster. I was slightly confused.

"Yeah! That knife is mine!" He told me, getting slightly angry.

"Keith, I don't know what you are talking about. Matt gave me this ages ago after he found it in the halls of the Garrison," I told him. I began to grip the handle harder, waiting for what he would do.

"Yeah, I lost that thing years ago! My mom gave it to me, and now she's gone! Give it back!" He yelled. He began to back me into a corner with every word, and I could tell that his temper was getting the better of him.

"Keith, I don't know what you're talking about. Y-You're scaring me!" I told him as my back reached the wall. His eyes softened slightly, but I had had enough. "I came to talk to you because I knew you wouldn't laugh at me as Lance might, but at least Lance would understand. I mean, I have known him way longer than you! Two different people have given me grief over this knife in one day," I screamed, looking at the weapon in my hand.

I quickly shoved the handle on the weapon into his hand. "Here! Just take it!" I shoved him away from me so that I could get away. "And leave me alone!"

I ran down the hall, and I heard him call after me, but I didn't even think about turning around.

After I had left, Keith looked at the purple knife in his hand and slammed it into the crystal floor. What had he done?
