An Assignment To Accomplish (Rebooted)

In a small room, a projector shines onto a projection mat displaying images and footage from a laptop showing a video of China's President, Fenhua Ryu giving a speech to the world at the City Hall in Beijing.

Fenhua: "今天在台湾发生的事情是完全不能接受的。 军队没有下达进攻城市的命令，我不允许平民伤亡！ 对岛首发起这次袭击的人，将受到最严厉的法律制裁！ 我向你发誓，在我们找到背后的男人或女人之前，我不会休息。 谢谢你。"
(What happened in Taiwan today is completely unacceptable. No order to attack the city was given out to the military and I do not allow civilian casualties to occur! Those who have initiated this attack on the island's capital will be punished to the fullest extent of the law! I swear to you, that I will not rest until we find the man or woman behind this. Thank you.)

The video ends and in the room, Seiryu's there with a plaster on his cheek speaking with Xu, who's sitting down on a seat with a bandage on his hip as he listens to Seiryu speak with him.

Seiryu: "我记得台北101大楼的那个士兵说的......NPLACCP。"
(I remember what that soldier back at the Taipei 101 building said... NPLACCP.)

Xu: "我也是。 我什至记得听到过一个名字。 王辉。 王辉少校。"
(Me too. I even remember hearing a name. Hui Wang. Major Colonel Hui Wang.)

Seiryu: "我唯一的问题是"他是谁，谁是 NPLACCP？"."
(My only questions are "Who is he and who are the NPLACCP?")

As they sit and talk, Michael walks into the room, with his gear off and in his hand is a laptop with a USB plugged into its port.

Michael: "Mates, I got something about those other guys, the terrorists."

Seiryu: "The terrorists?"

Michael: "You heard well. Here."

He sets it up on a table in front of the cousins who glance at his screen, looking at the images of a group of people gathered around one man, an old one, for a photograph of what looks like is taking place at the Great Wall of China.

Seiryu: "What's all this?"

Xu: "What did you find, Warcom?"

Michael: "It's Michael. See mates, what I found is who these wankers are."

Seiryu scrolls through the file and notes of the group, looking for a name before coming across the name of this left-wing terrorist group.

Seiryu: "红十字？"
(Red Cross?)

There, a logo of the hammer and sickle all red is shown below the name of the group that's typed in Japanese. Xu also takes a look, looking at the man before glancing at the leader who's shown to have a scar on his cheek and grey eyes that are as cold as the blizzards of Antarctica.

Xu: "This man... 我以前见过他。"
(I've seen him before.)

As Xu takes his patient time to try and find out who the man is by scrolling through the files on the laptop, Seiryu turns to look at Michael who looks back at Seiryu.

Seiryu: "That's a good find. Who's the leader?"

Michael: "I'm not sure. His name's not in the files but everyone calls him 'the Child of Karl'."

Seiryu: "Karl? Like Karl Marx? The man who founded the Communist ideology?"

The Warcom operator nods and looks at Xu who closes his laptop and hands it back to Michael who picks it up from his hands and holds it again.

Michael: "So...what now?"

Xu: "I'm waiting for orders from my commander on the next course of action. I'm also trying to find out who the hell the NPLACCP are..."
