Hashirama wasn't easily scared but since he started working as a ER nurse he has seen his fair share of scary things. The prize, though, would always go to whoever walked into the ER high as a kite on some kind of drugs.
Those were the scariest patients because of their unpredictability.
You wouldn't know what they would do until they did it; no one knew how they would react, not even themselves, sometimes. That was what made them so scary. And with a precious baby girl waiting for him at home, Hashirama couldn't afford to get into any trouble.
