Don't Let Go

Chapter 18.

He laughed, knowing as much as I did how much his brother HATES surprises.

My plane finally landed in Boston, as I clicked my computer shut and stowed all my belongings away. It was night time but not that late, that I didn't think Noah would be in his apartment.

Once the plane doors finally opened, I grabbed my bags and headed through the terminal, pulling my phone and sending a quick message ro the only person who I hoped knew where Noah was.

Elle: Any chance you could tell me where Noah is right now? Like an exact location with an address would be amazing! xx

Her response came a few seconds later.

Chloe: I'm intrigued as to why you need and EXACT location of Flynn's whereabouts. :p xx

I laughed, snapping a photo of Logan's Airport Welcome Sign before hitting send.

Chloe: Lovely, it has been far far too long since you have been in Boston! We are just about to grab a bite to eat, been a long day! Mum's the word. Address attached...I'll save you a seat! Cannot wait to see you! xxxxxx

True to her word, an address followed her first message. Clicking onto it and being taken to a fancy restaurants page, I looked down at my travelling outfit, as I heard towards the nearest bathroom.

Time for a bit of a refresh.

My phone buzzed in my hand, glancing down I saw Noah's name. I clicked it open.

Noah: Miss you. Talk to you later, okay? x

Elle: Miss you too. Talk soon. xx

I grinned, little did he know how soon he would actually be able to talk to me in person instead of via the phone.

Noah POV

I grabbed the door of the restaurant and pulled it open, motioning for River, Chloe and Chris to go in. It had been a long day. Finals were approaching and I couldn't wait to finish my exams, get on a plane and head back to LA where I could just sleep....for a week...in Elle's apartment.

The vibe around campus was tired, pissy and stressed. Everyone was either cramming, crying or pulling all nighters to finalise end of term assessments and study for finals. I had flown back to LA last week to watch my girl present and had hoped that she would fly back out with me.

Don't get me wrong. I was super proud of her for all that she was accomplishing, but like my brother I wasn't someone who was a big fan of change. And I knew that Elle heading into her internship and me heading into my Senior Year was going to add pressure.

I spied Chloe talking to the server, before he lead us toward a table for five. I shot her a confused expressions and she brushed it off, giving me some excuse saying she wanted more space.

I collapsed into the chair, as the guys followed suit. It had been Chloe's idea to go for food. I really just wanted to continue to ingest coffee and try and cram one more chapter in before getting some sleep for the night....but not before talking to Elle. Messages between us had been few throughout the day....but I knew she was busy. Her interview/meeting was early this morning and then she was planning on catching up with her Professor to discuss a few things. She had told me that everything was fine and that she would explain tonight.

I rubbed my hands over my face and the boys looked over the menu. Chloe was busy texting on her phone.

'What are you plans for tomorrow?' she asked me. Her fingers were flying over her screen? But her eyes were directed to me.
