"Okay Reg, we so have to do a matching costume!" James expressed, picking up and displaying various costumes. He so far had shown Regulus a berries and cream costume, scooby and shaggy, barbie and ken, dora and boots, alice and cheshire cat, mario and luigi, gru and minion, donkey and shrek, fiona and shrek, lorax and green guy, and multiple wizard costumes, and stags.

"Absolutely not." Regulus replied, "weren't we going with Remus and Siri anyway?" Regulus reminded James, who had forgotten.

"Good point." James picked up even more costumes, now it was winnie the pooh, donkey, tigger, and piglet, the mean girls crew, grew, vector, and minions, wizard of oz, care bears, a different mean girls costume, this time the christmas one, teletubbies, the mermaid sisters from the little mermaids, stranger things kids, and the 4 houses from some show he liked.

"Fine, we have go as the last one." Regulus agreed.

James jumped for joy. "You'll actually do a Harry Plant with me?"

"Don't make such a big deal out of it. One requirement is that I have to be green."

"Deal." James squealed, grabbing his phone and pressing the green button next to Sirius' name. "Pads, it worked! I just annoyed him until he eventually said yes to one!"

Sirius shook his phone out of excitement. "Which one did he pick?!" He asked.

"The 4 Hogwarts houses!" James told him, much to his delight.

Sirius jumped, and screamed.

"What happened!?" Remus asked, having just run upstairs. "I heard screaming. Where's the spider!?"

Sirius squealed. "We're going as the 4 Hogwarts houses with Jegulus, Reg said yes!" Sirius confessed.

Remus screamed. "Yes!"

"On second thought-." Regulus mocked.

"No. Not even funny." James told him, briefly putting the phone down.

Regulus smiled. "Fine."

( On October 31st )

"I hate this." Regulus admitted, just having put on the cloak.

"You look so good!" James complimented.

Regulus blushed.

"You're the one to talk, red is so your colour." Regulus returned.

James blushed.

"Could say the same for you." James leaned forward in his chair, arms straight supporting him.

"Where are Siri and Remus?" Regulus asked, noticing their absence.

"Probably making out somewhere. We said we'd leave at 7, and it's currently—" James checked his watch, "6:59. I'll give it 10 seconds max." 

Regulus smiled, "you know what this means?"

James smiled, "10." James began the countdown.

"9!"

"8!"

"7!"

"6!"

"5!"

"4!"

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

As if on queue, Sirius and Remus walked in, hair slightly messed up.

James and Regulus high- fived.
