Arthur's POV

He lead us to a secluded door that I didn't even realize was a door. It opened and he stood at the side with a smile motioning his head for us to go first.

We both looked at each other before walking inside. It was dark but I could tell something was in the corner of the door, not too far from us.

The click of the door made me look back at him for a second before the light switched on.

A muffled noise made me turn my head around to see Killian all tied to a chair with rope. He couldn't speak because of the duct tape over his mouth.

"Let him go" I glared at Sergio as he walked over to Killian and placed his hand on his shoulder. 

"You don't make the rules here. I do" he said patting Killian's shoulder as he shrugged the man off.

"He's just like you...
He chuckled smacking Killian at the back of his head.

"I'm scared" Bryony whispered while holding unto me tighter.

"It's going to be okay" I said interlocking our fingers, in my side peripherals I could see the lingering stare of an irritated Sergio.

"But you sound so sure. Zucchero ( sugar). You won't be kissing up to him once you realize the kind of man your dealing with"

"I know very well who I'm dealing with" she replied confidently although I could feel her body still tensed against my own.

This all my damn fault. She deserves better than to be in this stupid mess.

"But you don't. I do though. I know the things he's done and by the end of tonight you'll be utterly disgusted by the man your standing so proudly next to" he palmed Killian's head making him groan.

"Is your life that fucking sad that your trying to rip mine apart"

She looked at me all surprised.

"So she's your life. Looks like I have the wrong person tied up then. But don't you worry she'll willingly do that on her own" a menacing smirk crossing his face.

"He's sick as fuck" Bryony mumbled and that I could strongly agree with.

His jaw clenched, nose flared as he glared at us. Sergio's usually all smiles so I knew she must have ticked him off.

"Sick? So are you just gonna pretend like your diary isn't filled with all kinks and fantasies. Your porn history makes you just as sick as me" he said with quoted fingers.

Her body meshed further into mine as she looked down at her feet.

"That's....you don't know me. I ain't like you" she mumbled making Sergio chuckle.

"Now that I've shut you up. It's time I begin then" he swang his finger through the loop of the gun like it was a harmless toy.

Suddenly he knocked the gun at the back of his head causing Killian's head to loll forward in a slouching manner.

I stared at him dumbfounded, my heart clenching as I tried moving ahead but was halted by her.

I could feel her rub the inked tattoo on my index finger with her thumb in a effort to calm me which was steadily working as my chest rose and fell.

Sergio's face sported a huge maniac smile that reached his eyes, you would almost mistake him for the joker. It was actually unsettling.

"Now. I'm horrible at telling stories but I'll just come right out with it then...you remember your pal Jacey?" He asked taking the packet of gummy bears from Killian's jacket and tossing some in his mouth.
