"So, what are we doing first, Al?" You asked, turning in your seat a bit to look at Alastor, who was currently focusing on the road ahead of you while you both drove down the street which his house was on.

He smiled, "Well, the first thing on our agenda for the day, sweetheart, is to head to my studio! I have to do a quick broadcast today before we head out on the town!" Alastor said in a "matter of fact-ly" manner as he kept his eyes on the road.

You smiled, nodding in response as you turned your attention to the road as well.

The remainder of the drive on the way to Alastor's studio was mostly in silence, but it was quite peaceful. As you drove down the streets of New Orleans, you stared out the window admiring the scenery before you. The sky was a bright blue with almost no clouds in sight, and the sun shone beautifully as there was a small, yet refreshing breeze in the air.

As you and Alastor arrived at his studio, you noticed the building appeared to be newer and was made up of concrete and deep red colored brick which hardly had any cracks or flaws.

After parking parallel to the curb, Alastor took the keys out of the ignition and got out of the car while you remained in your seat, admiring the scene around you.

Consumed in the lively, bustling atmosphere of the Downtown New Orleans had consumed your thoughts, you hardly noticed that Al had made his way to your side until the sound of the car door opening snapped you out of your trance.

"My dear~," Alastor cooed as he held his hand out for you to take, helping you make your way out of the vehicle and pulling you onto the sidewalk before closing the door behind you and locking it with his keys.

As you tidied yourself up and fixed your dress, you turned toward the building and looked up at it in awe. The visual aesthetics of the building were quite clean and striking, it had a large sign which read 'Bayou Broadcast' that was adorned with many different colors and hues of golds, purples, and greens to symbolize the colors of Mardi Gras which was coming up in just about a month.

"Woah, Alastor, this is where you work?" You asked with slight awe in your voice, mouth agape as you stared wide eyed at the building, admiring its features.

He chuckled lightheartedly and replied, "Why yes my dear, this is one of the finest radio stations in the whole of New Orleans!" He gestured to the building as if he was showing off one of his most prized possessions.

You smiled lightly at him as he chuckled a bit at his own charms taking your arm and linking it with his own.

When the two of you entered the building, a receptionist greeted Al warmly with a bright smile adorning her face, "Good day, Mr. Alastor!"

Alastor gave her a small smile and nodded his head in return with a quick wave before returning his gaze back forward, making sure to stay focused on the path to the elevators ahead.

While the two exchanged a friendly greeting, you carefully eyed the lobby of the building you had just entered. The floors were made up in a checker patterned tile, which appeared freshly polished. The walls were a light cream color, of which the ambient yellow lighting reflected on, almost making them appear a more yellow color. It was beautiful, almost enchanting.
