NEFARIOUS - TAEGYU ??

"What the fuck do you mean there's a bounty on him?!" Beomgyu asks in an exasperated and tone.

Sir Choi pinches the bridge of his nose. "It is what it is. I don't need to repeat twice."

"Who placed the bounty on him?" Yeonjun asks, leaning against the wall in front of Taehyun's room where both him and Soobin are currently being treated.

Sir Choi shook his head. "No idea. We couldn't trace any source." Sir Choi pans to Beomgyu's direction. "Don't worry son, I know he's in good hands if you're with him."

Namjoon barges out from the room. "They're both awake."

Beomgyu, without hesitating, rushes into the room, followed by Yeonjun and Sir Choi. He sees Taehyun sit up on bed, looking around in confusion. The moment they lock eyes, Taehyun smiles at the boy who rushes to him and envelops him in a hug. Taehyun's eyes widen at Beomgyu's sudden action, his cheeks flush as he notices Sir Choi, Yeonjun and Soobin watching them. Taehyun slaps Beomgyu's back.

"Get off, I can feel you crushing my ribs." Taehyun says.

Beomgyu chuckles at the younger's wittiness.

"More importantly, back to business-" Sir Choi says. He clears his throat before breaking down the information to both Taehyun and Soobin. "Apparently, Taehyun has a bounty on him worth 1 billion KRW."

"Wait what?!" Soobin exclaims, jaw agape, eyes wide.

"That's why they broke into our room?! My books!!" Taehyun asks.

"Taehyun-ah, shouldn't you be concern about yourself?" Yeonjun giggles.

"Wait-" Soobin cuts in. "What's going to happen? Will we be able to go back to our room?"

"Wait, how come they can attack our room, there were other students on our floor although the majority are home for the weekends-" Taehyun babbles, frantic until he's cut off.

"You don't have to worry. We've dealt with the authorities, including the warden and your college's Dean. No one would know what happen. Back to what's important, regarding where you'll stay..."

Soobin sighs. "My house is far from college..."

"We can provide you rooms here in the mansion." Sir Choi asks.

"Dad-" Beomgyu calls out. "What about Taehyun stays with me and Soobin stays with Yeonjun?"

"What?" Taehyun blurts out.

"What??" Soobin exchange looks with Yeonjun who's also shocked by the sudden proclamation.

"Like I said, I live in an apartment near college and I have a spare room, same goes for Yeonjun-hyung. Soobin's family lives far so he can live with Yeonjun, and Taehyun will move in with me?"

Taehyun blinks a couple of times, his mouth still left opened. "WHAT?!?!"

"That isn't actually a bad idea, and probably a safer option. The Eoduun will definitely suspect Taehyun would be in the mansion. If you both are okay with it, then we'll proceed."

"You have an apartment?! Is that why I rarely see you here?" Taehyun asks.

"Then, it's settled." Beomgyu concludes.

"Don't I get a say in this??" Taehyun asks.

"No, sweet pea."

Taehyun feels the arising heat crawling up the moment he hears what Beomgyu called him and his cheeks flush a bright rosy hue.

'What did he just call me?!'

The next day Beomgyu drives Taehyun and Soobin back to their dorm to take their things. Entering the room was like entering a crime scene, even before they infiltrated the room, they are met with the 'DO NOT ENTER' yellow and black tape on their door. Taehyun grabs his duffle bag and stuffs whatever he needs, more vital, his books. He still has clothes back in the mansion, so he only grabs as much that can fit the bag.
