Above is the clearest picture of Agrippina du Stahl ---- a character that appears later in this chapter ---- that I could find.
(I somehow deleted the LNs from my phone so was at the mercy of Google. For an unpopular LN, that's not the least bit fun.)
.
.

The feeling of the wind on my skin was just as relaxing as I remembered, flying wasn't really something I did often anymore.

Hopping through space was much more convenient.

'Ciel, why didn't we appear in the vicinity of the caster?'

I found it odd that we would be summoned then left to roam free, these things don't really go like that.

[[The individual is a very cautious person, ordinarily you were supposed to appear in a special dimension that they could control and monitor, effectively quarantining any malicious being but I took liberties and brought us here instead.]]

'Hm, so do they know we're in this world or not?'
[[To them, the spell failed due to unforeseen resistance. But other beings are aware of our arrival.]]

'Other beings' huh. I stopped flying and looked directly at the sun, its light seemed to intensify around me.

Luminous stopped as well, vaguely sensing what I had.

"Hm, how amusing." She said, a smile appearing on her face.

"Indeed."

It seems the celestial bodies here are sentient.
'Ciel?'

[[Understood. In this world, the existence of gods is a widely known and accepted fact. Said gods do not shy away from showing their presence and powers in the form of miracles. The gods only have influence on this particular planet and compete with each other for believers and the like.]]

How interesting.

I pushed a little aura infused with my will towards outer space, broadcasting it like a wave.

A few seconds passed and I could feel the attention from the burning ball of gas and divine concepts wane.

I had simply told them to stay out of my business and if they had a problem, they could report to their superior.

Luminous narrowed her eyes at me as she noticed the change.

"What? I don't like constantly being stared at with suspicion." I shrugged.

"I wonder, where did that cute pacifist slime go?" She mocked me.

"Hey, that's not fair. You were one of those who constantly told me to man up, and I'm still a pacifist." I huffed, dissatisfied with her jest.

Luminous giggled, clearly having fun at my expense.
"Shall we move on?"

I decided to let go of the matter, I was that kind of magnanimous person after all.

"Yeah. There should be a city called Berylin south of here. It's the capital city of the Empire and I'm positive it'll be interesting."

"How can you be so sure of that?"
Very good question.

"You'll see." I said and took off.

Luminous followed behind me, a look of skepticism adorning her face.

.
.

'Well, this is a problem.'

Such were the thoughts of the very personification of sloth, in this world at least.

Reclined on a couch that appeared to be the representation of material luxury, the perplexed magus lamented her failure.

Aggripina du Stahl, sole successor of the prosperous Stahl barony in the neighboring Kingdom of Seine - One of the Trialist Empire's few rivals - had just attempted to pull something into her personal dimension.
