You were so excited to show off your quirk “ I got my Quirk!” you yelled running towards the group of kids “ When? What does it do?” they asked “ now that you mention it your eyes look weird.” said Bakugo “ On the weekend, I’ll show you. Give me that Wash card you want to trade.” you said clapping your hands together “ No way! I’m not letting you ruin my card.” whined Bakugo sticking his tongue out to you “ Here, you can have my Eel Boy card, I have it double.” said Izuku handing you the card, looking at the card you remembering how the All Might card looked liked. The card flash and the kids gasped Izuku squealing in delight eyes wide and smile reaching his ears “ WHAT! DO MINE! CHANGE MY CARD AS WELL!” yelled Bakugo shoving the card in your face “ Only if you say please.” you said with a smile folding your hands “ JUST DO IT DAMNIT!” he yelled.
That summer flew by in a flash and once autumn started you enrolled the same kind-garden as Izuku and Katsuki, not soon after Katsuki got his Quirk, you watched as small sparks irrupted from his hands “ That’s an amazing Quirk Bakugo-kun.” praised one of the teachers “ Fit for a heroe!” praised another and the boy turned to you giving you a bright smile which you returned with your small one ‘ This is where all the praise starts getting on his head.’ you thought.
Katsuki was a kid but he wasn’t stupid, he realised immediately that something wasn’t right with your reaction. Maybe you were jealous that he received so much praise, or you thought that his quirk wasn’t strong enough. Whatever it was he did not like it, he frowned as Izuku talked excitedly at you while pointing at him.
Not soon after the rest of the kids got their own Quirks, except Izuku, yet the green haired boy still had the confidence the he could become a hero even when there was an official statement from the doctor that he was Quirkless “ ARE YOU LOOKING DOWN ON ME?!” yelled the blond angrily at the trembling boy “ No Kachan! I…I just-“ “ There is no way a quirkless nobody like you could even compare to any of us! Especially me!” he boasted sparks leaving his hands “ Just run home and hide you quirk-PPPFF” a water ballon landed on his face splashing the blond with water.
Turning around the kids stared at you wide eyed, you were near the faucet using pieces of plastic bags to turn them into water balloons “ You sure got a big mouth for someone that can’t use their quirk if they are not sweating. Bleh, stinky Bakagou.” you said giving the blond an are and sticking your tongue out. He was fuming “ WHAT’S YOUR DEAL? YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO BE MY FRIEND! I MET YOU FIRST!” he yelled and you rolled your shining eyes “ I met you all the same day.” you argued. Instead of replying the boy jumped you.
It had become a regular occurrence, you would fret after Izuku because Bakugo was bullying him, Bakugo would get mad and then the two of you would fight “ I’m terribly sorry about him.” mumbled the blond woman “ I also apologise.” said your mother. Currently you were sitting on the Bakugo house’s living room after yet another fight you had scratched Katsuki’s face while he had bruised your eye “ She started it.” mumbled the blond giving you a glare only to be smacked by his mother “ APOLOGISE YOU BRAT SHE’S JUST A LITTLE GIRL!” yelled Mitsuki “ LITTLE GIRL MY ASS! LOOK WHAT SHE DID TO MY FACE!” yelled your friend. The argument continued and your mother shook her head, this wasn’t the first time.
As the years passed and the fights continued your parents stopped meeting up, it had become quiet obvious that no matter how many apologise they said to each other the two of you wouldn’t stop throwing hands with each other. The only thing they were thankful about was that non of you used your quirks on each other since both were quiet dangerous, Katsuki was literally a walking bomb and you could shape the matter of anything you wished too. Patience wasn’t your strong suite and maybe because you were a child your thoughts classed with your reaction, you had tried to talk to Bakugo to explain to him that what he was doing wasn’t exactly heroic but childish remark or insult had you fuming.
Your father had taken you out after his work “ You’re a big girl now, you’re in 3rd Grade. You have to make up with Bakugo-kun.” said your father as you munched on your Edgeshot crepe “ It’s his fault that he doesn’t listen.” you grumbled and groaned when someone bumped into you making you spill your crepe “ I’m so sorry! Inasa apologise!” said a female voice and you turned around to meet the bright eyed and passionate boy “ I’M REALLY SORRY! THAT’S A REALLY COOL AL MIGHT PIN! DO YOU LIKE HEROES? MY FAVOURITE IS ENDEAVOUR BECAUSE OF HIS PASSION!” said the boy bowing extremely low and then jolting back up “ It’s ok. I love heroes, my favourite is Eraser Head!” you said smiling at him.
” Here you go.” said your father handing you and Inasa another crepe, the two of you had hit it off, talking about heroes and their powers “ Are you going to become a hero?” he asked you and you nodded “ You bet! I’m already training my quirk and it’s really strong!” you replied and your thoughts cringed ‘ Jeez, so mature. I sound like Katsuki.’ you thought grimacing. Time passed and it was time for you to head home “ Then we can meet again next Saturday. I think my wife will bring her yes.” said your father arranging another play date.
Screams cut the conversation short as a villain smashed the stall next to you, the man looked at you in a panic, his eyes landed on your little group “ Give me whatever you have! And you! You’re coming with me!” he yelled grabbing your father by his tie ‘ Oh no you just didn’t.’ you were sure at your age you couldn’t beat a villain but you could hinder him. Softly clapping your hands together you touched the ground as your father struggled to break free. The ground around one of the villains foot turned to sand making him lose balance “ YOU LITTLE BRAT! YOU WANNA PLAY HEROE HUH!” he yelled throwing your father to the side and grabbing you by the hair lifting you up.
You screamed in pain as Isana called out to you, his mother pulling him back and holding him in her embrace “ What? Too scared now to pull any stunts?” he mocked laughing ‘ Yes.’ you thought but instead glared at him, which made him even more angry “ NO!” screamed your father as the villain raised his other arm to hit you. Closing your eyes you awaited the hit but it never came, bright red filled your vision as Endeavour held the villains arm and striked him sending him flying and making him drop you.
Whining you rubbed your scalped as your father wrapped you in a tight embrace “ OH MY GOD YOU’RE SAFE! WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING! DO YOU EVEN REALISE THE DANGER YOU WERE IN?” he yelled tears streaming down his face as people gathered around the pro. Still holding you, your father whipped his tears away “ Thank you so much Endeavour-san!” he said bowing his head “ ( Y/n) come on you have to say thank you.” said your father and the pro scoffed “ I don’t have time to waste on brats-“ the buzzing of the people fell silent before a collective yell of surprise left the crowd.
Inasa looked at you wide eyed, your father was about to have a heart attack and the rest of the crowd stared in silence, Endeavour stared at you in blank disbelief not believing what had just happened. No one could believe it, because you had just punched the No.2 hero in the face
