Regaining consciousness and with a bunch of icepack taped over you, you were sent to prepare for the award nomination. Iida zoomed past you almost bumping into you " I'm sorry ( Y/n) - kun." he said trying to hold a calm front but you could see the anxiety in his eyes " What happen?" you asked him " It's my brother. He was attacked by a villain. I'm sorry but I have to go." he said and you reached forward to ask him more but he had already been out of your reach. 

You placed third, standing at the podium frowning you glared at the ground. The speech was like a buzz in your ears and you only snapped out of it when the metal was placed on your neck " Young (L/n) you did a great job out there, I'm sure young Bakugo had his reasons-"  " Just continue with the ceremony before you run out of air you oversized floaty." you spat and the man sweat dropped trying to keep on his smile “ I’m sure you do mean that.” he mumbled but it sounded like he was trying to reassure himself.

“ What are you watching.” mumbled the man in disgust “ Her.” said his college golden orbs observing your every move on the screen “ A brat, going off after she lost. That’s the hero’s this society raises.” spat Kurono and Overhaul shook his head " That wasn't the reason for her outburst but this look, I can say it kinda suits her. But this is nothing compared to our fight." he said leaning his head to rest it on the couch.

The screen snapped black for a second " What made you so curious that you had to screen shot it? " asked Kurogiri and the white haired man shook his head " Nothing too important." he said as he took another one " Yea.... I have no doubts, it's her." he mumbled " So what are you planning to do now that you have incountered an old friend?" asked the voice from the screen " Make her come to our side. ( N/n) - chan won't deny me and if she does.... No... She won't." he mumbled to himself and unknowns to him, his master smiled.

Hawks’s smile twitched as Mic announced that you just copied one of Eraser Head’s moves “ She’s my fan you know so she’ll probably try to use one of my moves as well.” he said and his assistant sighed “ Yes sir I’m sure.” she mumbled “ Any minute now.” he mumbled to himself as he watched your match “ Maybe in this one?” he wondered as you stepped to face Bakugo. You didn’t and the match ended “ She’s not going to get that many recommendations with that attitude.” said his assistant and his head snapped to her direction, the woman jumped “ But she’s going to get our recommendation, along with that little bird boy.” he said and the woman shook her head backing away “ No! The Tokoyami kid is alright but not the girl! First the gift basket and now this! What if the media gets wing of it? Those gossip sites will go off!” she said but the man just stared at her with a closed eyed smile.

You tried not to be bothered by it, but you were, even after you told your parents to throw it away they frames your metal and hang it on your living room “ I don’t want to go to school tomorrow.” you mumbled on the bus skipping threw your phone, most news were about the Sports Festival and the rest about Ingenium’s attack, thankfully his injuries weren’t enough to make him retire like in the series but you were sure that Iida would go after Stain, the look in his distraught eyes not doing anything to reassure you otherwise.

” He really wanted to see you.” he mumbled from the chair outside Tensei’s hospital room, you nodded and headed inside. Your hand flew to your mouth seeing the situation the man’s body was in, it was bad but not as bad as it was originally supposed to “ Sorry, I’m not in the best condition for visitors.” he said giving you a weak smile “ I….I don’t care about that, I’m just happy you made it out alive.” you breathed out. He stared at you for a few seconds “ I have to thank you.” he said and your eyes widen as you went to speak “ I don’t know how you knew, nor will I question you on it, you probably saved my life. So I just wanted to thank you.” he breathed out and you shakily took a seat “ How did you know it was me?” you asked him and he brought his hands up giving them a little clap “ Kinda hard not to.” he chuckled and smiled at you “ I will be here for a couple more weeks and I don’t know how long my therapy will take to get on the field. Until then please do me one more favour and look after my brother.” he said bowing his head.

Tensei’s survival was the second best thing that had happened to you, the first being your recommendations, a nice 3,900 was sitting next to your name “ Normally they’re divided more equally but this year all the attention went to the three of you.” said Aizawa as you stared at the numbers with your mouth open “ ( L/n)?” asked Todoroki trying to pass you a blank board “ ( L/n)?” he asked again shaking it in front of your face and you shook it violently “ Sorry, I was in shock. What are we doing?” you asked and the boy looked at you puzzled “ It’s about picking our hero names.” he said and you frowned ‘ I lost that awesome speech, but considering that I have actually made some changes in this world I have a name in mind.’ you thought smiling and writing down your name.

Your class fell silent as Aoyama got at the front “ The name of the sparkling hero: I CAN’T STOP TWINKLING!” he announced raising the sing “ THAT’S A WHOLE SENTENCE!” yelled your classmates and you chuckled, next up was Ashido with “ Alien Queen” but was quickly turned down and sent ack to her desk to change it. One by one your classmates went up and then it was your turn “ I…I wasn’t really sure but. I want to be the hero that can control and change any situation, creating a better alternate reality: Alterity.” you said feeling your cheeks heating up. 

After you were done with your code names it was time to pick the office you would go to, your classmates sharing who were they were going to pick “ ( Y/n)-chan you got a ton. Do you have any idea who you’re going to pick?” asked Mina, Kirishima screamed “ ( L/n) stay with me!” he said shaking you, your face was red and steam was coming out of it “ I’m ok, just taken aback.” you mumbled smile reaching your ear “ Mirko, Mirko wants me in her office.” you breathed out as Kirishima used his notebook to fan you “ So are you going to pick her?” asked Mina and you shot back up “ Actually I don’t know.” you mumbled looking at the first page of your paper.

“ THESE GUYS AS WELL” you yelled seeing Edgshot’s and Hawk’s names, Jeanist’s name was also on the list but knowing that Bakugo would be there you decided not to go “ What about Endeavour?” asked Todoroki, his voice soft “ Oh him….I don’t know why he even sent me one.” you grumbled “ I told him to.” said the heterochromical male making your eyes widen “ W-what?” you asked and the boy turned to look at you “ After what you and Midoriya said, I decided to slowly embrace my power. He’s the only one that can properly teach me about my fire side and….I would like you to come with me in case I start, how you say it.” he said turning to the side “ Halfassign.” you said face pink “ Y-yea.” he mumbled ‘ In the series Todoroki was closer to the area Stain attacked. That will be the best choice to get to Iida.’ you thought looking at the boy “ Ok, I’ll come with you.” you said giving him a smile ‘ Yea, Endeavour’s agency is the best choice. For plot reasons and not because Todoroki personally asked me to.’ you thought.

THE MANGA ENDED! I teared up 🥲, I really wanted to have an extra chapter seeing everyone all grown up, I also wanted to see the big three. I’ll stop now cause I feel I start spoiling.

I have been thinking about a name since I started writing the book, I had found a cool sounding one and then….I forgot it, I wrote up to that part and my brain went blank. So I went with my second choice.
