Obscuring The Flow BNHA x Reader

The first half of the next day was like a normal school day and after having lunch with Izuku it was time for the part you were looking the most forward for “ IT’S ME! COMING THREW THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!” announced All Might as your more energetic classmates cheered “ FOUNDATIONAL HERO STUDIES, FOR THIS CLASS WE WILL BE BUILDING YOUR HERO FOUNDATION THREW VARIOUS TRIALS. LET’S JUMP STRAIGHT TO IT! THE TRIAL OF BATTLE!” announced the number one pro as he pressed a button, the cases with your hero costumes appearing. You were quick to pull the case with your costume “ Mom, Best Jeanist thank you so much!” you cheered seeing the costume ( pin.it/50NYFc9m2 )  and the two support items you had requested, one being a pair of googles and the other a metalic glove that allowed you to store the energy of your quirk.

“ ALL RIGHT! LETS SEE WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF YOU EMBRYOS!” called All Might as you all stepped out geared up, you tried to hold back your laughter as Izuku came out last “ Look at you, my bunny hero.” you chuckled flicking one of the ears “ AH! Em, my mom had it made from the sketch I had in my notebook.” he mumbled “ I like it.” you replied “ Huh! Your costume is also very cool! Those support items too! I can’t wait to see what they do!” he said and blushed a bit “ Yea, my mom and Jeanist really went all out on it. It isn’t all that similar with what I had sketched, I guess Jeanist decided to improvise.” you said as Ochako approached you “ Your costumes look really cool! Mine came out a little puffy, wished I had made my sketch a little better.” she said rubbing the back of her head “ The hero course is great.” you heard Mineta mumble and turned around to find him staring at your butt “ Truly grea-“ you span around landing a kick on his cheek sending him flying.

All Might motioned for everyone to step closer and pulled out a small note “ For this exercise we’ll have some villains guard a nuclear weapon they tend on deploying. The heroes must stop them before it’s too late or secure the weapon before time runs out. If the villains manage to keep it the whole time or capture the heroes they win." he said folding the little paper neatly ' Baby girl behaviour.' you thought and tried to bite back a wheez " Your teammates and opponents will be chosen by lottery. Because of an odd number of students one team will have 3 people." explained All Might pulling out a box.

The teams were as the original plot except that you were with Ojiro and Hagakure had joined Momo and Mineta. The first team to go was of course Izuku vs Katsuki and it felt hard to watch, you were still a bit hyped because this was the moment that Izuku finaly stands up for himself, embracing the name Deku as something more than an insult, but they were still your friends and you knew the damage that Izuku was about to suffer  " Damnit I can't watch this." you mumbled as they both charged their attacks  " The heroes... The hero team wins!" announced All Might and went to get them quickly. He stopped at the door " Young ( L/n) you can go visit your friend at the infermary before the next match starts." he said and you dashed off passing Bakugo on the hallway. 

You threw the door to the infermary open only to be smacked lightly on the head by Recovery Girl " Young lady you can't just waltz in here!" she scolded you and you bowed your head apologising " I'm sorry I just wanted to make sure Izuku was ok." you said rubbing the spot she smacked you  " He's resting. Have a look and then quickly go back to class ok?" she said handing you some jelly beans.

With a sigh you brushed Izuku's hair away from his face " You were pretty cool back there. But I have to stop you from wrecking your body like this." you said and with another apology to Recovery Girl you rushed back to class  " Ah young love, am I right young man?" she asked the trembling voice his face flushed as he could only shake his head from the embarrassment.

You were back just in time heading with Ojiro towards the training ground " Should we wait for them here?" he asked and you shook your head " The moment Todoroki steps in he will go for a KO. Lend me your ear for a sec." you told him and he nodded flinching a bit when you pulled him closer " Huh? Do you really think that we'll work? " he asked and you nodded  " I just want you to stay close to the entrance. Do not bother with Todoroki, little prick is mine. " you said smirking at the end making your companion sweat drop " You're really getting into the villain persona." he chuckled.

You clapped your hands as you felt the cold nearing, touching the ground the ice disappeared " YOU WERE RIGHT! " called out Ojiro from the window and you raised your hands before giving him a thumbs up, the boy dropped as you clapped your hands and slammed them to the wall alerting the struckure of the floor you were in " Let's see how you do now popstickle boy." you said smirking from ear to ear.

Shoto watched as his ice completely evaporated and narrowed his eyes " Stay here." he mumbled to Shoji and started heading to the floor your were in. As he reached the final step he froze, the lay out was completely changed " Shoji can you spot them?" he asked on his communication devise only to hear the only boy struggle. He stiffened hearing a few claps and then nothing  " What is she doing?" he spat glaring  " BEATING YOU TO THE CURB!" you yelled two projectiles heating the male and turning into goo sticking him to the wall.

" Is she a genius or something? She's got her ground completely covered!" said Kirishima as your classmates looked at the screen in shock " I mean it's a good strategy but that dude froze the whole building. I don't think she'll pull threw in a one on one. " said Denki " She'll win." spat Bakugo as a matter of factly and everyone took a step away from his as he glared at the screen.

Undoing the tape you walked towards him  " Half assing isn't going to get you anywhere. Everyone here is giving it their all you know." you huffed " I'm doing the same!" he said ice irrupting from his side and heading towards you  " No. You're putting half the effort in! Use YOUR power!" you said jumping away and clapping your hands turning the floor into sand the boy dropping in.

With another wave of ice he was out and the hand wearing the glove was imbolise, you shivered feeling the cold starting to burn " You're too cocky for your own good." he huffed undoing his own tape  " Your the one talk." you said as parts of the metallic glove shined ( f/c). Todoroki watched as his own ice moved to influence his side, flames roaring it melted and the boy gritted his teeth as you met his glare with a smirk " That's more like it. Show me your full power." you huffed as both of you trembled, you from feeling the cracks forming on your fingers and Todoroki from slowly getting a frostbite. 

" I captured Shoji!" yelled Ojiro on your ear peace  "Ok this has dragged out too long and I don't want to run out of time. Time to finish this." you said placing your gloved hand on the floor the metal clacking against it  " You scheming little-" the heterochromical male didn't have time to finish his sentence, the wall behind him opened and Ojiro jumped at him at the same time you dashed forward " You can't do everything alone." you huffed as both you and your temate wrapped the special capture tape around Todoroki.

You almost fell as All Might yelled in the mic that your team won, but Ojiro quickly caught you wrapping his tail around you for extra support " N-need to work on that stamina." you breathed out and the blond smiled down at you " You were awesome back there." he praised and your cheeks flushed " Same to you. Thank you for trusting me like that." you said.

It was awkward after the battle, Todoroki had been staring at you the whole time after ' Is he planning to murder me because I took things too far?' you wondered as you turned to look at him and he snapped his head at the opposite direction. The rest of the period passed in a breeze with Oijiro checking up on you every now and then  ' A such a sweet boy" you thought  as you playing with the puff of his tail " T-thank you." he mumbled ears turning red and that's when you realised that whatever you had said it had been outloud " Ah, sorry I didn't mean to voice it out!" you said raising your hands up in surrender " It's fine it's fine!" he said and the two of you continued back and forth.
