Summary: Harper's mom thinks Harper is going to skip school so she pulls Harper's hair and yells at her

After I wake up, I pull on jeans and a baggy black t-shirt for my outfit. When I walk down the hall, a hand roughly grabs my hair, "Where do you think you're going?" snaps my mom.

"School." i grab my head to try and lessen the pull, wincing as I instantly tear up.

"Bull," Mom hisses in my ear, yanking on my hair "Tell me the truth!"

"I am!" I exclaim

"You expect me to believe that?" She snaps

"yes!" I cry

She shoves my head so it connects with the wall, the impact making me see spots. "Its 'yes, ma'am'. And cut the attitude" She lets me go and I brace myself against the wall, heart hammering and head aching.

Peter POV:

Something was off about Harper. She was pale and had dark lines under her eyes. She flinched when Ned came up behind her at her locker. She winced at Flash yelling, like she had a headache. She slept through reading, zoning out in English and Science. At lunch, she was on her phone, staring at the screen.

Harper POV:

Doc. Green: What's up, kid?

Ice Cube: You haven't talked to us all day

Roads: She does know we can see she read our texts, right?

Bird: Rude

Me: Sorry, I have a headache

Bucket: And your ignoring us because...?

Mr. Sass: We give her more of a headache?

Bird: Makes sense

Me: I just dont wanna talk rn

Avengers POV:

Genius: Anyone know whats up with Harper?

Old Man: No

BW Spy: Should one of us tail her?

Buck: I will, I need to get away from Sam. He wont leave me alone

Bird: Buck nooooooooo, dont leave
