When Ye Zexi and He Jinyun stepped out of the restaurant, Ye Zexi immediately spotted Gao Shu and Yu Ye waiting by the nanny van.

At this point, if Ye Zexi didn't realize who had tipped them off, it would truly be strange.

Gao Shu, of course, noticed Ye Zexi's disappointed gaze. He didn't dare make eye contact with Ye Zexi at all. Seeing the two of them approaching, he quickly opened the car door and hurriedly handed Ye Zexi's belongings to Yu Ye.

"Young master, I'll head home first today. You can go back with Teacher He." Without waiting for Ye Zexi's response, Gao Shu slipped into the car and drove off at lightning speed.

The car zoomed away so fast that in just a moment, it was out of sight.

Yu Ye had already placed Ye Zexi's belongings in the trunk by this point. He Jinyun opened the car door and gestured for Ye Zexi to get in first.

For the first time, He Jinyun had a stern look on his face. Ye Zexi, not daring to utter a word, obediently got in the car and sat down.

After closing the door, He Jinyun instructed Yu Ye to "drive home" and then raised the partition inside the vehicle.

As Ye Zexi watched the partition slowly descend in front of him, the atmosphere in the car grew tense. Feeling uneasy, he shifted in his seat and stole a glance at He Jinyun.

It was March, and the sky darkened quickly. Though it was only seven in the evening, it was already pitch black outside. The warm glow of the streetlights filtered through the car windows, allowing Ye Zexi to finally make out He Jinyun's expression.

Well...

How should one describe it?

The more one looked, the worse it seemed.

This was the first time since dating He Jinyun that Ye Zexi had ever seen such a displeased expression on his face.

The corners of He Jinyun's mouth were drawn into a tight line, his dark eyes seemingly bottomless, like the calm surface of the sea before a storm. His jaw was tense, as though he was holding back something with great effort.

After just one glance, Ye Zexi didn't dare look again and, for once, started reflecting on his actions.

If the roles were reversed, and it had been Ye Jianbin who met with He Jinyun privately before they were properly introduced, forcing He Jinyun to break up with him, and then He Jinyun lied, saying he was going home...

Alright, Ye Zexi didn't need to think any further. Just the act of not telling him would be enough to make it unforgivable!

Originally, Ye Zexi thought he could smooth things over with a bit of coaxing. But now, seeing the situation, that seemed unlikely.

Sighing deeply, Ye Zexi slumped back in his seat, worrying about what to do next.

What now?

As he thought about it, he kept sneaking glances at He Jinyun.

Normally, if he sighed like this, He Jinyun would immediately ask what was wrong after just one sigh. But now, after multiple sighs, He Jinyun hadn't even spared him a glance!

Ye Zexi furrowed his brows in frustration. What was he supposed to do?

With zero experience in relationships before He Jinyun, Ye Zexi was genuinely clueless.

After mulling it over, the only solution he could come up with was asking for help from his fans.

Sneaking a glance at He Jinyun's expression, Ye Zexi dimmed his phone's brightness and posted a message on Weibo:
