Notes: 2 chapters in one week? What a miracle! Anyway, I'll PROBABLY update every week from now on, since I finally fixed my schedule and have the time to write!!

"We need to go! Now!" I urged, my voice rising with panic. "We can't stay here!" I grabbed his wrist and pulled him

The stench of blood and rust filled the air.
The image of the guard being swallowed into the glitching void was burned into my mind.

Agent Max(OC) stumbled after me, his grip tightening on the flashlight, though I doubted its use now. "Damn it, I know!" he growled, still shaken, but he followed without hesitation.

The hallway seemed endless, the red lights flickering ominously as we ran. My mind raced, trying to process what was happening, guards disappearing into glitching anomalies, SCPs acting in ways they shouldn't- Wait... SCPs. What even are SCPs?

I didn't know these things-the Plague Doctor, the black, glitching figure that just devoured a man... It all felt like a nightmare, yet something inside me screamed that this was real. More real than anything I'd experienced before.

But I had no memory of how I knew that.

Agent Max kept pulling me forward, oblivious to the whirlwind in my head. The flashing red lights, the distant alarms, the echoes of horror in the corridors, they felt familiar in a way that shouldn't be possible.

But I had no memory of why I knew these things.

The glitches, though... they weren't supposed to be here. Or maybe they were. Something about them tugged at the back of my mind, a shadow of a thought that refused to come into the light.

"Fuck" Agent Max cursed under his breath, eyes scanning the rapidly darkening hallway. "There's no other route... Damn it!" He yanked me back, pulling us further away from the encroaching darkness. "There!" Max pointed toward a small access hatch on the wall, barely visible through the flickering emergency lights. "It leads to maintenance tunnels. We might be able to lose whatever the hell that is."

We sprinted toward the hatch, the liquid moving closer behind us. Max threw open the hatch and shoved me inside first. I crawled through as quickly as I could, the cold metal biting into my hands and knees. Max followed, sealing the hatch behind him.
