It's only been a few minutes since the human decided to help me and the other hedgehog find the hedgehog's rings. The drive was peaceful so far and a bit of an experience for me because I've always wanted to be in a car. Until the human said "all right. There's gonna be rules on this trip that you both need to listen to. Number 1: do exactly as I say, all the time. Got it?" "understood." I said respectively. The hedgehog then saluted with two fingers. "Got it, Donut Lord." he said. I then laughed at the name. "You, you call him Donut Lord?" I said, trying to control myself. "Yup, if you've seen him long enough like I have, you'd understand why." 

"Okay, look. I have a name, it's Tom." the human said. Finally, now we're introducing names. "I'm Sonic." the hedgehog said proudly. Sonic turned to me while Tom looked in the mirror. "And you are?" Sonic asked. Finally, I can give them my supposed name. "My name is Sora." I said, also proudly. "Nice name." Sonic complimented. "Thanks, yours too." I said. "So, have you both been spying on us all for years?" "I mean, I wouldn't call it spying. We're all just hanging out, only I wasn't invited, and no one knew I was there." Sonic clarified. "That still sounds like spying. Also, if I was living in Green Hills, we would've met a long time ago." I stated. Sonic then turned to me. "Really?" he asked. "Where do you live then?" "I don't really live anywhere, I mostly switch places when the seasons change." I answered. Sonic was clearly speechless by what I said from that. "So where do you go when the seasons change?" he asked.  When its Spring, I go to France. For summer, Oregon. That's where I felt your energy that you created. In Fall, I go to California. And for Winter, I go to Japan." I finished. 

"Wow, that's incredible, you've been everywhere." Sonic complimented. "I can't believe Crazy Carl was right all this time." Tom said, astounded. "Yeah, you should call him Super Observant Carl instead." Sonic pointed out. Crazy Carl? Did someone know of Sonic's existence? "Wait, who's Crazy Carl?" I asked both of them. "Crazy Carl was pretty much the only guy who knew of my existence. I first met him 5 years ago. And ever since then, he's made it his goal to find me, and capture me. But he never succeeds in the end. Funny thing is he calls me the 'Blue Devil'." Sonic chuckled at that last part. "None of us in Green Hills believed in him. We all just thought something was either wrong with him or he was just crazy. Hence why we call him Crazy Carl." Tom then clarified.

Just then something caught Sonic's eye. Which caused him to lean out the window. "OH MY GOD!!! STOP THE CAR RIGHT NOW!!!" he yelled. "WHAT??? WHY?!?!" Tom asked worriedly. "What is it??? Is it Robotnik???" I asked as I summoned my katana, just in case. I rapidly checked out the window to see what Sonic was looking at. "The 'World's Largest Rubber Band Ball'? We gotta see it!" sonic exclaimed. I sighed at that since he nearly scared me and Tom to death. Evaporating my katana away, I annoyingly yelled at him. "Really dude?" 

Tom then spoke. "No, no, no! This is not some fun family road trip okay? The government wants to dissect you, arrest me, and if they find Eclipse with us (using his thumb to point at me), they might dissect him as well! This is serious!" Sonic just looked at him for a moment then left the car and ran back in seconds with accessories. "Eh, you're right, it was lame. Gift shop was cool though." he said disappointingly. He then passed a rubber band ball to me. "Here. I got us our own rubber band balls." I then took it from him and stared at it for a second then looked at him. "Uuhhh, thanks?" I shrugged. He then turned to Tom and held up a mouse pad that said 'I ❤ Rubber Bands'. "I got you a mouse pad". Sonic said. Sonic couldn't give it to him as Tom was the one driving. He put the mouse pad down and turned to me. 

"So, what's your story? How were you on Earth?" Sonic asked. I felt like I could share it, but I felt really tired. I did have a long night getting to Green Hills. "Can I tell you guys later, I need to lay down for a bit. If that's okay?" I asked Tom. he thought for a second then said that I can lay down. Finding a comfortable position to lay down, I felt my eyes getting heavy and drifted off to sleep.
