The Council members shifted, the implications settling heavily around them. O5-█ raised an eyebrow, leaning in. "So now we have multiple credible witnesses, yet no verifiable evidence? This pattern of 'glitches' seems to intensify whenever D-24680 is nearby, yet somehow these disturbances evade every form of documentation we have..."

"How about scp-173? Didn't that statue interact with d-24680?" Another o5 questioned.

O5-2's expression tightened, the tension in their voice mirroring the unease rippling through the room. "Yes, SCP-173 has indeed interacted with D-24680, and Dr. Clef reported a highly unusual encounter. According to him, during one of his tests, SCP-173 appeared to 'freeze'-for just a fraction of a second-right after the third blink. It resumed its behavior immediately afterward, killing the D-Class on-site. But this momentary 'pause' was unprecedented, and it happened only after D-24680 had interacted with it. No glitches."

A murmur spread through the Council as O5-█ leaned forward, their tone contemplative. "If D-24680 is somehow affecting SCPs in this way, creating these strange glitches... wouldn't it make sense that other SCPs-such as SCP-173 and SCP-963-would be at risk of similar disruptions, particularly during moments of stress or containment breaches? Yet, so far, only SCP-049, SCP-682, and SCP-106 have displayed these anomalies with D-24680 nearby."

O5-█ narrowed their eyes thoughtfully. "Unless... the anomaly's influence is selective. It's possible that whatever force is acting on D-24680 only manifests under specific circumstances. Perhaps it targets SCPs with certain properties, or even exploits vulnerabilities within particular containment protocols."

O5-█ tilted their head, considering this carefully. "So you're suggesting that these anomalies may only manifest when D-24680 are in high-stress conditions or moments of heightened threat and that there's no documentation because the footage itself is somehow being affected... That would explain why Dr. Light's review found no evidence of these glitches."

O5-2 leaned forward, adding, "I've noticed a pattern: each reported glitch appears when D-24680 is in immediate danger. Dr. Light noted that there's no footage to verify these occurrences, so about SCP-173, we still have multiple witnesses-so D-24680, D-24110, and D-12489- perhaps to have seen SCP-173 'glitch'."

"But that leaves SCP-963 unaccounted for," another Council member interjected, frowning, "No one has observed it glitching, at least not in the same way."

O5-█ considered this, then nodded thoughtfully. "That could support a theory: maybe these glitches only affect living SCPs, those with biological or animate properties. SCP-963 and SCP-173, as solid, inanimate objects, might not be susceptible to the same influence as living SCPs."

O5-2 hands clasped tightly. "If the anomalies only affect living SCPs, we might be dealing with something that manipulates. But what's strange is that it only happens around D-24680, a long-time d-class, almost as if they're some kind of trigger." Their gaze hardened. "This isn't just a random occurrence-D-24680 has somehow become central to this anomaly."

O5-█ frowned, deep in thought. "Exactly. We're talking about a D-Class who's been with the Foundation far longer than most, and yet, until recently, there was nothing unusual about them. Now, suddenly, they're at the center of an unparalleled series of anomalies. Why now? What changed?"

O5-█ spoke up, voice calm but piercing. "It's as if D-24680 was... activated, for lack of a better word. Something in them or around them seems to have triggered these occurrences. And given the lack of documentation, we can't pinpoint exactly when or why this started. We're left to speculate if this is just a random, unpredictable phenomenon-or if something, or someone, set this in motion intentionally."
