OS Oneshots! (Object Show Oneshots!)

@ZAM0005 This is for you!! Hope you enjoy it! I listened to the hour loop of Sabrina Carpenter's Taste just for this...also started this around 10PM and finished this at 2:16AM

3rd POV

"Knife! Want to go to a concert with me?" Lightbulb asked so suddenly. It was a clear night when the two decided to lie on the roof of OJ's hotel. Knife looks at the female with confusion, since you'd expect Lightbulb to ask her best friend Paintbrush to this concert. However, with this opportunity given, Knife realized how little he interacted with most of the 'contestants' back on Inanimate Insanity. Maybe this could be the first interaction he could have outside of the show. 

"Uhh...sure? But warning, I may be a party pooper at this concert, depending on who the artist is." Knife said jokingly. Lightbulb smiled as she pulled up the album of this newer artist. Knife's eyes widened.

"Box!? Okay...how did you get tickets to her concert, she's been very popular aside from Mic? And secondly, how'd you know I like Box as an artist?" Knife said while turning red. Lightbupb chuckles while wrapping an arm around Knife's shoulders.

"Okay, I somehow got lucky with one of Box's crew. They knew me from the light museum I made and loved the art I made of Box. Showed it to Box, the rest is history." Lightbulb explained. She then looked down at the album she had in hand before giving it to Knife.

"Also, I heard from a couple of people on the side about your love for Box's music...I also may or may not have snooped around the mansion while you were away." Lightbulb muttered. Knife groans, yet wasn't surprised at the female's action. Knife nods before smiling.

"Sure, I'll go to this concert. When is it and what time? Also how am I getting there? Isn't she on a different island?" Knife asked. Lightbulb shrugs confusingly. Knife sighs in frustration. 

"Well, if you haven't noticed, I got this phenomenon that happened...wanna know what it's called?" Knife said. Lightbulb nods happily before looking down at Knife and finding his second half missing. Her smile drops as the realization came to her. 

"...oh." Lightbulb said. Knife smiles with his twitching eye. Lightbulb looks back up at the jerk before awkwardly smiling. 

"Uhh...I'll figure something out?" Lightbulb asked. Knife scoffs before floating away.

"No, it's fine. Thanks for the offer anyways, Lightbulb. You should go with Paintbrush though...I'm sure they'd enjoy the concert." Knife said disappointingly. Lightbulb deflates at the sight before walking off. Knife floats back inside of the mansion with a heavy heart.

"Shit...that's right, I forgot he became a ghost." Paintbrush muttered. Pickle rolls his eyes. 

"If you just listened to me, Paintbrush, then maybe Lightbulb wouldn't be feeling so sad." Pickle said sarcastically. Paintbrush jerks their head towards Pickle, as if they were close to bursting in Pickle's face. But the artist takes a deep breath before holding onto Lightbulb's shoulder.

"It's okay...I'm sure we can figure something out, right?" Paintbrush said positively. Lightbulb nods excitingly. Paintbrush smiles before looking at Pickle.

"Ok, I'm sorry for not listening to you earlier...let's start thinking of some ideas with your input, Pickle." Paintbrush said apologetically. Pickle smiles with forgiveness before looking down with his hand on his chin. Lightbulb and Paintbrush joins him with the thinking process.
