Jimin’s POV:
I noticed Yoongi Hyung walking by, his eyes sharp, but there was something in his gaze today that felt different. He wasn’t looking at me like he usually did—like a professor who couldn’t care less. His eyes were locked on me, and then, they shifted to Yuhan, who was standing a little too close.
Yuhan had been my friend for a while now, and it had taken me a while to warm up to him. He was different—more playful than I was used to—but something about him made me feel comfortable.
I laughed at something Yuhan had said, leaning into his side, letting him rest his arm over my shoulder like we were old friends. But when I looked up, I saw Yoongi’s eyes glaring at us from across the hallway.
His gaze was icy, and there was a flicker of something in his expression that I couldn’t quite place. It made me stop in my tracks, and Yuhan noticed it too, nudging me with a grin.
"You okay?" he asked, but I just nodded, unsure of why Yoongi’s stare was making me feel so uneasy.
As Yoongi turned the corner and disappeared down the hallway, I felt a strange tension in the air. My heart was pounding for some reason, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. But why should I care? Yoongi had never been anything but a strict, distant professor. And yet, I couldn’t help but wonder why his look had bothered me so much.
