Jungkook watched the interview, his chest tightening. Hae-in’s confidence and her connection to Bangtan Industries stirred old emotions. It was uploaded today. And interview was take today.

Jungkook stared at the screen, his heart racing. He hadn’t seen or heard from Hae-in in years, and now she was back in Korea. His mind was a whirlwind of emotions—nostalgia, regret, and something he couldn’t quite place. He bit his lip harder, his thoughts spiraling.

"Why now?" he muttered to himself, his voice barely above a whisper. He closed the video and tossed his phone aside, running a hand through his hair in frustration. The headache that had been lingering all day seemed to intensify, and he groaned, pressing his palms against his temples.

He knew he couldn’t avoid her forever, especially if she was back in Korea. But the thought of facing her again after all this time made his stomach churn. He laid back down, staring at the ceiling once more, his mind racing with memories he had tried so hard to forget.

"You lied kook"

"You are killer"

"You are a fucking selfish"

"You don't deserve this world"

"Just go and die".

"Kookie just do it"

"I said Kill him"

"Appa...pls... Don't... Pls"

"Eommaaa"

"You killed all, you are born to kill all"

The words echoed in his ears. A tears escaped from his eyes. He closed his ears tightly, curling into a ball. His breath was uneven and his body was shaking vulnerably.

After few minutes the voices was gone but the headache was there. With shivering hands he sat. He took the pill box which he kept in the drawer under the books

He gulped a pill. And drank some water in one go.

Jungkook curled into himself, his body trembling as he clutched his head tightly, his fingers digging into his scalp.

The room felt suffocating, the walls closing in as the weight of his thoughts pressed down on him. His breaths came in shallow, uneven gasps, each one burning his chest as if he were drowning in an invisible sea.

"I can't take it anymore... please..." he whispered, his voice breaking, raw and desperate. Tears streamed down his face. as he pressed his forehead against his knees. "It’s so painful... why? Why won’t it stop?"

His mind was a battlefield, memories he had tried so hard to bury clawing their way to the surface. Flashes of laughter, of warmth, of a time when he felt whole—now twisted into shards of pain that cut deeper with every thought. And then there haein and eunwoo was, their face clear in his mind, smiling, always smiling. Hae-in and eunwoo. The name alone was enough to make his chest ache, a hollow emptiness, longingness, anger, guilt, and regret always spreading through him

"Why do these headaches keep coming? Why won’t they just leave me alone?" he choked out, his voice barely audible.

He felt like a prisoner in his own mind, trapped in a cycle of pain and regret

"And these panic attacks... I can’t breathe... I can’t think... just let me be me. Please..."His voice cracked.

The plea slipping out like a prayer to no one. He felt so small, so broken, like a shadow of the person he used to be. The weight of his loneliness pressed down on him, crushing him until he could barely move. He wanted to scream, to tear himself apart if it meant the pain would stop. But all he could do was sit there, trembling, as the tears fell unchecked.
