TW: Mentions of SA

"There," Zane finalised as he put up a sign. "That should keep customers away. 'Closed for renovations.'"

"More like fortifications," Kai replied, setting a bucket of water on top of the front door. "If Morro and his ghouls show up here looking to steal the Sword of Sanctuary, they won't know what hit them." I laughed,

"Literally." I placed another water balloon in a catapult. Cole exited the shop, narrowly missing the bucket of water with a loud yelp.

"Careful, you know not all of us are immune to water! And I for one would like to stick around long enough for Misako and Sensei to figure out the last clue," he grumbled as he jumped over the inbuilt stream in the ground.

"We got Cyclon-Do, we got the sword," Jay moved another thing of bamboo and straw off the stream. "Now they just have to figure out where the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master is."

"Let's hope they figure it out soon. I don't know how long we'll be able to hold out."

"For once, I agree with you Kai," I said just before the warning system went off.

"Intruder!" The others raced over towards the catapults, and I let them at it, stepping aside as Jay yelled,

"Let him have it. Pull!"

The intruder sighed,

"No wonder you're going out of business." My shoulders slumped as we walked over. It was the postman. And with bad news.

"No, you're the one going out of business. Heh, who sends letters anymore?" Jay laughed nervously.

"I wouldn't want to know," I stated and peered over Kai's shoulder. Why did he have to be so tall?

It was interesting, out of the seven of us Nya was the shortest, followed closely by Jay who is a little bit shorter than me (no Jay, I am taller than you- do we need to take out the measuring tape again?). Then it was me and then Lloyd but there was a significant gap between our heights as I could almost fit myself comfortably under his chin (it was a group hug, okay? I just happened to hug him first). Kai was slightly taller than Lloyd and then it was Zane and Cole. If you looked from afar, Cole and Zane were the same height but up close, you could tell that Cole was taller.

Kai scanned the page and frowned,

"Guys, he's right. It says he's gonna shut us down unless we drum up some business."

"Well, don't tell Ronin," Cole whispered in my and Kai's ears. We began to turn back to the shop, and he continued. "If this place is worthless, he won't stick around, and we need all the help we can get. Come on, we're gonna need more water balloons and Taylor will need some help."

"Sure do," I replied.

We got back to work, Kai and Jay filling up the balloons as Zane and I held them open. Cole tied them up. It was an effective pattern and we worked in silence; our minds lost in thought. I couldn't tell what the others were thinking about. All I could think of was how cold and lifeless Lloyd had felt under me, and I was regretting kissing him/Morro. What plagued me was that one of them had kissed me back. Surely if Lloyd was under the control of Morro at the time, didn't that mean that Morro had feelings for me?

I groaned in my head; another creepy old guy had hit on me. You were asking for it, you kissed him first.

The guys looked at me and I glanced up when I felt their stares.

"What?"

"You made a noise," Cole said.

"Out loud," Kai added, and I groaned again as I looked back down at the balloon Kai was pouring water into.
