With that, he said, " Aap sab bade nikaliye. Main next car se aata hoon. Krish bhai, Kairav mamu, Buami aur Kritagya ke saath."

Keerti looked at him with narrowed eyes, wondering how he hadn't already taken the car and rushed home to wait for Abhira but she decided not to question him and quietly got into the car.

And Naksh followed but not before slowly whispering to him, " Find out what happened and don't loose your cool."

Abhir gave him a small nod and as soon as the car was out of his view, he ran inside to find the man who he was sure was responsible for his sister's misery.
Once again.

Seeing him going inside, Muskan shook her head, well aware what her nephew was about to do and also knowing that trying to stop him right now would be like talking to a wall.

She sighed as she watched him disappear above the stairs. As she saw that Krish and Kritagya were about to follow him, she held onto them and said,
" Aaj ke liye ek kaafi hai Armaan ke liye.
I'm sure tumhe bhi aage bohot mauke milenge. So for now, tum dono mere saath ghar chalo. Kairav aap rukiye yahaan and please bring Abhir home with you.
I hope I can expect you to act maturely and to act like a buffer between the two. Do not make things worse. Am I clear?"

Kairav nodded, not wanting to go against his dearest wife but he wouldn't really mind if Abhir managed to give the man a much needed reality check .

The terrace,
Taj lake palace,
Udaipur

The night felt a little calmer tonight.
It would after all, he had seen her for the first time in over five years.

The silence felt tranquil, the anxiety in his heart had faded, replaced with a quiet sense of peace and love for her.

The woman who had just walked out of the terrace.
The woman who his eyes had been fixated on since the moment he had seen her this
evening.
The woman who had ended the pain he had felt over five years in a moment with just one look at him.

He watched her leave, his eyes following her movement from the glass door to the terrace, as she ran down the stairs, wanting to get as far away from him.

He sighed and rubbed a hand over his face, exhaustion taking over his features as he turned around to look at the moon.

He knew how hard this night would be for her.
He knew how tough this was for her.
How hurt and confused she felt.

He understood it all and yet it didn't make it any easier.
He wished he could go through this for her and take away every inch of her pain, if it meant to see her smile the way he remembered.

He sighed knowing he could do nothing but pray for her to find the strength to process this revelation, and hoped that this would be the last time he would ever inflict any sort of pain on her.

He closed his eyes and muttered a quick prayer for her safety before opening his eyes and turning around, hoping to leave, knowing that tomorrow would be a long day, after all Abhira Sharma always did what she said.

Just as he turned around to leave the venue and head back to his hotel, two hands seized him by the collar.

Armaan, was met with a fuming Abhir who looked to be on the verge of loosing it and Armaan was the source of his ire right now.
