Of course, he thought he was cool, but he found her so much cooler than he could ever be.
Despite her troublemaker reputation, the big majority of the school knew her as the one who wasn't afraid to be punished if she was against an idea or if she found something unfair.
People were scared, that's why no one came too close to her, fearing they might end up like the people who piss her off, but they also admired her.
But, of course, there were always exceptions, and some girls didn't like her at all, just because of her "boring personality" as they called it.
That was one of the reasons Atsumu hated the girls at Inarizaki. That and they were mostly all annoying little fangirls.
Although his eye was a clear reminder that she didn't want to be associated with anyone. Maybe she was part of a gang after all.
"You guys wanna stop at the store nearby, the old man said he'd have a new stock of onigiri ingredients today so there might be some right now," Osamu stated, pointing to a nearby store.
"Ya can go, I'll wait outside," Atsumu mumbled, not in the mood to make small talk with an old store owner at the moment.
"Same," Suna added.
Osamu rolled his eyes at the boys and entered the store, seeing a notebook on the counter, but no one around.
"Hello?" He called, trying to see if anyone was here.
"Just a sec," a feminine voice he knew all too well replied.
He didn't pay attention to it and just waited for her to come, his eyes skimming through the writing in her notebook. She was clearly working on the project they had to do. But wasn't it due in two weeks?
Once she came into view, he nodded his head in acknowledgment and she did the same as she walked to the register.
"The old man ain't here today?" He asked.
"He is, he's working in the back right now. So, what do you want today?"
"Some onigiris, I don't care which flavor." She nodded, crossing her arms.
"How many?"
"Maybe twelve?"
"Alright, coming right up. You're lucky enough gramps always do 6 at a time," he stayed silent as she went to the back and wondered if he should try and apologize about his stupid twin's behavior.
He could always boast about talking to the [Last name] [Name] later. He knew Atsumu would be extremely jealous.
As she walked back with two bags, he took out his wallet, ready to take whatever the amount of money was needed.
"Alright, that'll be 1380 ¥."
"Hey um, sorry about the piss haired dude by the way. That's my twin and he can be so damn annoying." She raised a brow and inspected his face before something in her mind clicked.
"Oh, that's why your face pissed me off," she exclaimed, making the boy's cheeks puff in an attempt to stop himself from laughing.
"Yeah well, you're right. Your twin is a pain in the ass. Tell him to leave me alone before I make sure he can't–"
"Oh? Osamu's back? You should've told me!" The girl turned to the older man, giving him a questioning look.
"And how was I supposed to know who Osamu was?" Then something seemed to click in her mind.
"Wait, are you the one the dumbass was talking about? He said something about Osamu being here."
"... I'm in yer class." She received a hit at the back of the head, making her head shoot in front of the boy's face.
