"Feelin' better?" She didn't have the energy to respond so she nodded slowly. He smiled at her, nodding to himself as the look in his eyes suddenly turned sad. "I'm sorry." It took her a few moments to process his words. She shook her head in response. She'd been trying to stay as far away from him as possible as if he was the one who attacked her.

He took a serious beating back then to save her and he was helping her out right now even when all she did was run away from his mere existence.

What on Earth would he be sorry for?

As if he had heard her thoughts, his hold on her hands tightened. "I don't blame ya. It must've been scary. It's perfectly normal for ya ta try and forget about it and I guess I'm just one big reminder huh?" He slowly wrapped his arms around her torso, helping her up. She just let it happen, suddenly feeling exhausted.

"Is she okay?" She heard Mizu ask hesitantly. She had almost forgotten there were other people around. From over Atsumu's shoulder, she could see Suna and Mizu looking at her with concern-filled eyes. They looked puzzled, but let their shoulders drop a little when they heard Atsumu's response.

"She had a panic attack, but I think she's feelin' better now." He kept his arms tightly wrapped around [Name] to make sure she didn't fall to the ground, but it also felt reassuring in a way. She let her eyes close, instinctively wrapping her own arms around him. He jumped a little, surprised by the action, but could understand that she needed the comfort. "Although, she should probably rest. Whatever triggered her must've seriously taken a toll on her."

Suna tensed up. She seemed fine when he saw her, so was it his fault? Her reaction was so sudden, so out of character that he couldn't quite tell. Though, it stayed the most plausible explanation, he had quite a hard time figuring out what he could've done to trigger such a violent reaction. Then again, even though he's been talking to her for about a week, he could never figure out what was going through her mind. She was very expressive when it came to her emotions. Despite her face still holding that same calm expression (unless she was disgusted, then she'd make it obvious), the way she talked was a good indicator.

However, regardless of how expressive she was, her mind remained a complete mystery to him. Most of the time, when she was thinking, her face remained blank and her eyes empty. No matter how much he tried to find one, there was no hint of what she could be thinking about whatsoever. It was almost like she had mastered the art of keeping her eyes and thoughts as silent as her mouth could be. He found it fascinating, but at the same time, it was frustrating.

Frustrating because of moments such as now, where he had no idea if he was the trigger or merely just a spectator to her sudden panic attack.

When he was finally able to snap himself out of his daze, [Name] and his teammate were already far away, the girl silently holding on to Atsumu's sleeve as he guided her.

"Huh? What's Tsumu doin' so close ta [Last name]? Did he finally manage ta befriend her?" Osamu appeared next to him out of nowhere, startling the middle blocker. He jumped a little before regaining his senses.

"Huh? Oh, uh, she had a panic attack," he swallowed the sudden lump in his throat, pushing back his guilty thoughts, "he's helping her out." He watched as Osamu's expression darkened, wondering why he looked so troubled. A few seconds later, the grey-haired boy cleared his throat, looking at him.

"Do ya know what caused it?" His voice held the tiniest hint of a strain. He hesitated for a few seconds, but just as he was opening his mouth, someone cut him off.

"W-we were talkin' and then Suna-kun arrived and she just started ta hyperventilate. I think," Mizu stopped gripping some strands of her hair, "I think what triggered her was how he held her because she just started pushin' him away when it all started."
