Jimin pouted, stomping his foot like an impatient toddler. "Fine! Please please please please please...."

"Louder." Jungkook said, now clearly enjoying himself.

"I WILL DIE IF YOU DON'T BECOME MY FRIEND!!" Jimin wailed, causing the entire cafeteria to turn and stare.

Taehyung, sitting nearby, covered his face. "I don’t know him. I don’t know this person."

Taehyung shook his head, watching the dramatic scene unfold before him. He leaned back in his seat, crossing his arms as he mumbled to himself, "Few minutes ago, he was all 'Park Jimin never begs' blah blah blah... and now look at him. A whole soap opera."

Jungkook, smirking, leaned forward. "What was that, Taehyung?"

"Oh, nothing. Just admiring how quickly dignity can disappear," Tae replied, taking a sip of his juice while watching Jimin continue his tragic performance.

Jungkook rolled his eyes and looked at jimin. "Okay I'll be your friend but not with this piggy. I don't want to friends with him."

Taehyung gasped. "EXCUSE ME?! Who said I want to be friends with you? Huh? In your dreams, Jeon Jungle Book!"

Jimin, caught between them, sighed dramatically. "Can you two not fight for five minutes? I'm trying to have a peaceful friendship moment here."

"Peaceful?" Tae scoffed. "You were literally on your knees begging five seconds ago."

Jungkook smirked. "Yeah, I kind of enjoyed that. Maybe I should make you beg more often, Jiminshi."

Jimin gasped, his face turning red. "I take it back. I don’t want to be friends with you anymore!"

"Too late!" Jungkook grinned. "You begged, I accepted. Now you’re stuck with me."

"I'm done with you both." Taehyung said as he rolled his eyes.

"What do you want from me? I know you have some intention behind begging for my friendship." Jungkook asked looking at jimin.

Jimin nervously chuckled, avoiding Jungkook’s sharp gaze. "W-What? Can’t a person just want to be friends without any ulterior motives?"

Jungkook squinted. "Not when that person is Park Jimin."

Jimin sighed dramatically, as if the weight of the world rested on his shoulders. "Fine, you caught me! I may have a tiny reason...."

Jungkook smirked. "Knew it. What is it?"

Jimin pouted. "I just... I just want to do a combined study with you, okay?!"

Jungkook blinked. "That’s it?"

Jimin nodded rapidly.

Jungkook let out a fake gasp. "Oh my god. You think I can help you study? Are you trying to fail on purpose?"

Taehyung cackled. "I told you this plan was dumb, Jimin!"

Jimin stomped his foot. "Shut up, Tae! He’s Yoongi’s brother. If I get close to him, then maybe I can...."

"Ah-ha!" Jungkook pointed at Jimin. "So it is about Yoongi-hyung!"

Jimin slapped a hand over his own mouth. "Crap."

Taehyung sighed. "This is why you’ll never be a mastermind."
