Yoongi was enjoying a peaceful breakfast, sipping his coffee, when his father suddenly spoke up.

"So, how’s university going?" Mr. Min asked casually, glancing at Yoongi over his newspaper.

"It’s fine," Yoongi replied nonchalantly, taking another sip of his coffee.

"And what about Jungkook?" Mr. Min continued, setting his newspaper down. "How’s his studying going? He’s your cousin, so you must know."

The moment the words left his father’s mouth, Yoongi choked violently on his coffee. He coughed and sputtered, his face turning slightly red as he pounded his chest. His mother quickly handed him a napkin while his father raised an eyebrow.

"What’s with that reaction?" Mr. Min asked, confused.

Yoongi finally managed to catch his breath, setting his cup down like it had personally betrayed him. "Jungkook…studying?" he repeated, almost as if the concept was foreign to him. "Oh....uh....yeah, he’s totally studying."

Mrs. Min narrowed her eyes. "Yoongi, why do you sound unsure?"

Yoongi scratched the back of his head, trying to find a diplomatic way to describe the disaster that was Jungkook’s academic efforts. "Well…he does attend classes....most of the time."

"And the rest of the time?" Mr. Min asked.

Yoongi sighed, finally giving up. "He and his two dumb partners-in-crime just finished their exams without studying a single thing. They were actually proud of their cheating strategies, Dad. And don't even ask about their physics answers in the chemistry exam. It was a crime against humanity."

Mrs. Min gasped. "What?!"

"Yep," Yoongi confirmed, nodding solemnly. "Jungkook, Jimin, and Taehyung are a lost cause."

Mr. Min rubbed his temples. "I need to have a word with Jungkook’s father."

Yoongi muttered under his breath, "You might need an entire intervention."

Mrs. Min gave Yoongi a pointed look as she sipped her tea. "He’s staying with you, Yoongi, so you need to tutor him. He's my brothers son so you should take care of him as a responsible brother."

Yoongi groaned, leaning back in his chair. "Mom, no. I tried. I really, really tried." He placed a dramatic hand on his chest as if he had been through a battlefield. "But Jungkook? That kid is a menace. I don’t think even the greatest scholars in history could make him focus for more than five minutes."

"Yoongi." His mother’s tone was firm, the kind that left no room for argument.

"No, Mom, you don’t understand!" Yoongi sat up, waving his hands in frustration. "I gave him notes, I made study schedules, I even threatened his life-"

"Excuse me?"

"Figuratively!" Yoongi quickly corrected. "But did he study? No. Instead, he spent all his time either causing chaos, copying in exams, or plotting his next prank with Jimin and Taehyung. I am *done.*"

Mr. Min, who had been silently listening, chuckled. "Sounds like he’s having a great time in university."

"He’s having too great a time, Dad!" Yoongi whined. "Meanwhile, I’m suffering! Do you know how it feels to have three clueless idiots depend on me for their grades? I am not a miracle worker! Even namjoon is done with them."

Mrs. Min crossed her arms. "You’re his older cousin, Yoongi. It’s your responsibility to make sure he doesn’t fail."

Yoongi groaned louder, dramatically slumping onto the table. "Why me? Why not Namjoon? He’s the responsible one! He actually enjoys tutoring people!*"
