As BTS’s fame soared and their schedules became more demanding, the group moved to a new, larger dorm. The change came as part of their growing success, with more space to accommodate their expanding needs and more privacy for each member. The members excitedly unpacked their belongings in the new dorm, eager for the next chapter of their journey together.

The new place had a different feel—bigger rooms, a larger living space, and a more comfortable atmosphere. While the excitement was palpable, it was also a reminder of how far they had come.

Jin, with his usual attention to detail, took charge of the kitchen, making sure everything was in order and organizing the snacks in the cabinets. Namjoon and Yoongi quickly claimed the study and recording rooms, already brainstorming new music ideas. Jimin, Taehyung, and Hoseok happily claimed the living room area, ready to enjoy their free time by watching TV or playing games.

But when it came to room assignments, the group had some rearranging to do.

It was decided that Jin and Suga would be roommates. Though they were close, their personalities were different enough that it would allow them to get along well. Jin, the older brother figure, kept the space organized and clean, while Suga, the more introverted and quiet one, kept to his own side of the room, focused on his music and writing.

Though they didn’t talk much about it, they both knew they made a good team. Suga appreciated the calm environment Jin provided, while Jin respected Suga’s need for solitude.

The room was divided neatly, with Jin’s side filled with photos of his family and carefully arranged clothes, while Suga’s area was scattered with his books, notebooks, and sound equipment. They often spent evenings in silence, only breaking it to discuss their schedules or playfully argue about whose turn it was to clean the room.

Jungkook, on the other hand, have his own room. He found himself gravitating toward Jin and Suga’s room more often than not. It wasn’t that he had an issue with his own room—it was just that the quiet, calming presence of Jin, paired with Suga’s music and occasional humor, made him feel more at home.

Jungkook would often sneak into their room after practice, quietly slipping past the other members, and settle down on the floor or at the edge of the bed. Suga would rarely say anything, too absorbed in his work, but Jin would always notice.

"Back again?" Jin would tease, a knowing smile on his face.

Jungkook would grin sheepishly, sitting cross-legged on the floor. "Just needed some space. Your room is the quietest."

Suga would glance over at Jungkook, offering a half-smile. "You’re lucky we let you stay here."

Jungkook would chuckle, knowing full well that Suga didn’t mind his company. It was just his way of pretending to be annoyed.

Jin, on the other hand, always seemed happy to have Jungkook around. Whether it was sharing snacks, watching TV together, or talking about music and life, there bond grew stronger with each passing day.

Sometimes, Jin would find Jungkook curled up on his bed, already asleep after a long practice. “You’re becoming a permanent fixture in this room, Kookie,” Jin would joke as he covered him with a blanket.

Jungkook would mumble sleepily, “I like it here…”

It wasn’t long before the other members began noticing. Taehyung, ever the observant one, would tease, "So, who’s room are you really living in, Kookie?"

Jungkook would roll his eyes but respond with a smile. "I just feel more at home with Jin hyung and Suga hyung."

Jimin, Hoseok, and Namjoon would laugh and shake their heads. "That’s Kookie for you—always finding the best spot," Hoseok said with a wink.
