"What the hell is E. N.D?" Sting crossed his arms, his voice firm and harsh.

"The strongest demon that Zeref ever created." Kaylus said flatly. "Some say that E.N.D is supposed to end the mortal world. But I think there's a different reason."

"I've never heard of this guy before." Sting rolled his eyes.

"I have. He created Lullaby and Deliora." You sighed, thinking back on it. Looking back, as a kid you probably should have never joined Natsu and his team in some of their missions. Most nights you couldn't sleep because of the things you saw and heard.

"E.N.D is something much more than them. This demon is the strongest demon of all, the absolute worst. He will kill us all if the Nine Demons Gates don't first."

"Okay, now what are you on about?" Calista, who was sitting at the end of the bar, finally stood up and approached Kaylus, a small laugh trailing not too far behind her words. "Nine demons? Come on! Get real!"

"I am for sure. I've never been so sure in my life." Kaylus gritted his teeth.

"Oh, then please tell us more." She laughed a bit sarcastically.

"I think you know more than anyone. So why don't you tell us?"

Calista's eyes widened a bit, but then she narrowed them at Kaylus. But almost instantly, she put on her sad eyes, and looked up at Sting. She covered her mouth with her hand, as if she was attempting to stop herself from crying, but she used it as an excuse to show off her rings. When Sting looked down at her, he almost seemed disgusted. He was annoyed above all else.

"Master, do you hear this!? They're accusing me again!" Her tears would fall almost perfectly on her cheeks that instant. And suddenly, Sting's face softened a bit. Your mouth dropped open, you couldn't believe what was happening. Was Sting really going to take her side?

Kaylus, definitely more annoyed than Sting was, grabbed Calista's hand, and tore off all of her rings and bracelets.

"Hey! Give those back!" She yelled at him, her voice sounding like she had just come out of a horror movie. It was like it came from the back of her throat.

"These are..." Kaylus looked at the jewelry in his hands carefully, "these are charms. Why the hell are you using illegal magic!?"

That moment, it seemed like Sting snapped out of it. "What!?" Sting was furious, his face turning completely red.

"What did I say!?" You turned to Sting, now equally angry, but not at him. "I had a bad feeling, and you told me to push it down!"

"Y/n, I'm so sorry." He turned his body towards you fully, and grabbed your face. "I'm so, so sorry. I should have listened."

"Ugh! Rewind!" With a flick of her wrist, Calista tried to reverse to a few moments prior.

"Don't you know the key rule of charms?" Kaylus chuckled a bit, stuffing the jewelry he hand in his hands into his pocket. "Once we know you're using that kind of magic, it becomes void."

Calista gritted her teeth, and took a step back from Kaylus. Everyone was looking at her know with distain, hatred, rage, disgust, you name it.

"You have been trying to come in between me and Y/n, haven't you?" Sting confronted her. "Haven't you!?"
