Sonic scoffs, "I don't have time to deal with whoever you two are. I just wanna go home." he soon after sighs, looking between us.

"Sonic, you need-" I begin, but am quickly cut off by an enraged Shadow."Home? Home doesn't exist anymore, because of you!" Shadow clenches his fists tightly, I already know where this will go.

Sighing to myself, I lower myself onto the rock they stand on and back up ever so slightly, watching the tension between the two grow.

Shadow quickly dives at Sonic, throwing punches left and right at him, which causes Sonic to fly backwards towards the rocks.

I gasp, and my feet almost move on their own. I quickly stop myself, heeding Shadow's previous warning not to get myself involved. I can see what Shadow meant by not being friends with him.
Sonic moans and rubs his head as he stands up, glaring at the incoming Shadow, an enraged look plastered on his face.

Shadow punches into the rock Sonic was on, though, to quickly avoid it, Sonic jumps from rock to rock to not be pummeled.

Shadow grunts and continues to chase Sonic from rock to rock. Sonic slips on one of them ever so slightly, "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Whoa! Ooh! Ohh!-"
"Can't you just leave me alone?" Sonic lashes at Shadow, and annoyance covers his face.

He wears his emotions on his sleeve, it was clear as day. Shadow sneaks in and kicks Sonic, causing him to bounce off another three rocks.

Shadow growls and chases him again. Sonic tries to grab hold of a rock, but fails, slamming into another one on his back before landing safely onto another rock.

I quickly spin dash to catch up to them, a grimace slowly appears on my face, it was hard watching someone get hurt like this, but, in a way, Sonic did have it coming to him.

Sonic finally speaking up yet again, "Alright. Gonna get back to New Yoke City. Find. Heh, maybe Nine will pass through and I can catch a ride." As he runs in low gravity.

'Who's Nine again?'

'Not now, don't get jealous'

Shadow then appears from under a rock and flies behind him on Sonic's level, his emotion unfazed and still with a brooding manner.

"Ugh, you again? Let me guess, you're Grumpy Shadow. Although that would be redundant. Shadow, who needs a shower. Sheriff Shadow of Floating Rock World!"

"And let me guess that's Y/N, the flower goddess, or maybe Y/N who needs some food." Sonic rolls his eyes, chuckling to himself.

I shoot him a glare and follow quickly behind him, "Sonic, just wait a second, you need to listen to us." I sigh. Sonic jumps off the end of the rock. 

At the same time, Shadow flies up from underneath the rock. Shadow grabs Sonic's leg and drags and somersaults him into another rock. He then pulls him up and does the same procedure again.

Shadow continues to frown at Sonic's redundancy, his tone serious. "I'm stuck in here and it's all your fault, Sonic!" Sonic, who seemed to be unamused and uninterested in what Shadow and I had to say, as he rolls his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah, what else is new? Wait, how do you know my name?" Sonic turns to look at us both standing side by side, rather close, might I add.
"Unless... Shadow, you're you! The real you!" Sonic gasps, joy spreading across his face, "And if Shadow is the real him, that means you are too, Y/N!" His eyebrows cock in a flirtatious manner.
