Jungkook wasn't paying attention to the admiration or comments from his hyungs. His mind was a whirlwind of emotions-regret, longing, and the ache of unresolved feelings he had buried deep within him.

Jungkook's gaze softened as he continued to watch Jin. The way he gently placed a hand on Jiho's shoulder, the subtle smile he gave Jiwon as she whispered something to him, the grace with which he carried himself-it was all too much. Jungkook's chest tightened, and he felt like he couldn't look away, even though he knew he should.

The others didn't notice Jungkook's lingering stare, too caught up in their own thoughts and observations. But for Jungkook, the moment felt like an eternity, filled with unspoken words and memories that he couldn't erase.

As the party reached its peak, the main focus of the night-Minji and Namjoon-finally entered the venue. The crowd's attention shifted toward the couple, who looked stunning and radiant, perfectly complementing the grandeur of the occasion.

Namjoon, with his ever-poised demeanor, took the microphone and welcomed everyone warmly. "Thank you all for joining us tonight to celebrate this special moment. Let's make it a night to remember!"

Minji, standing beside him, chimed in cheerfully, "And don't forget to enjoy the food, drinks, and music! Let's party!" The crowd responded with applause and cheers, setting a lively tone for the evening.

A few minutes later, Minji, arm in arm with Namjoon, made her way to the Kim family's table. Her eyes sparkled mischievously as she greeted them. "So, here's where all the attention has been tonight!" she teased, dramatically pouting.

Jin greeted her politely, offering a small bow. "Minji, you look stunning. Congratulations on the party."

Minji gave him a mock glare before turning her gaze to Jiho and Jiwon. "But why, oh why, is everyone talking about you three instead of me tonight? It's my party, you know! How is it fair that the trio is stealing my spotlight?"

Her tone was playful, Jiho and Jiwon looked her they know well enough to say she's playing with them .

Jiwon was the first to recover, offering Minji a sweet smile. "Imo, you're the most beautiful person here. No one can look as amazing as you tonight."

Jiho nodded quickly, his expression serious . "Yeah, Imo. You're the main character tonight. Everyone's here for you. And if anyone says otherwise, I'll make sure they change their mind."

Minji's dramatic pout turned into a warm smile as she ruffled Jiho's hair gently. "Aigoo, you two really know how to make someone feel special. Okay, okay, I forgive you both for stealing a tiny bit of my spotlight."

Namjoon chuckled beside her, shaking his head. "Minji, you don't need to worry. No one could outshine you tonight."

"Of course not," Minji replied, feigning a regal wave. "But I'll admit, this trio here does look like they walked straight out of a fairy tale."

After chatting a little more, Minji excused herself to continue greeting other guests, leaving the Kim family to enjoy the rest of the evening. As she walked away with Namjoon, Jiwon whispered to Jiho, "We did good, didn't we?"

Jiho smirked. "Of course. We're awesome."

Jin, watching the interaction, couldn't help but smile softly. His children had an effortless charm that seemed to brighten even the most dramatic situations. But the moment Jin saw Jungkook standing beside Sana at the party, a painful weight settled in his chest.

Sana wasn't just someone from his past-she was his present, his future.

He knew what he had seen. He knew what it meant. But standing here, looking at his children-the two most precious gifts in his life-he realized that nothing else mattered.
