A day at Kadic Academy. Everything was awesome, until...Lyra made her Code. It affected not only Lyoko but also the real world.
Everyone was in the cafeteria, having lunch, until they got..."possessed" by Lyra's code. Their eyes turned purple—dark purple.
Sissi zones out mid-conversation and whispers:
"The code wants more room to grow."
Odd was there, he saw all of it, and he knew something was off, so he alerted others. Jeremy confirms: Lyoko's core code is affecting Earth via the tower Lyra activated.
In a new sector: Core of Origins, where Elias and Lyra are.
The sector was so beautiful; everything was purple, from Lyra's codebut eerie: ancient data structures and semi-sentient code fragments drift through the space.
Elias teaches Lyra to rewrite tower permissions, giving her full admin rights.
She can now activate, deactivate, and reprogram towers without needing a console or link. Lyra begins shaping the new sector—pieces of her memories coded into the landscape. A park bench from her childhood. A music box. A silhouette of her mother.
In the factory, Jeremy locates the new sector—though it shouldn't exist. The group dives into Lyoko. When they enter the Core of Origins, they're met by defences not built by XANA—but by Lyra. Aelita tries to speak to her, but Lyra no longer answers through speech. She communicates through a glowing glyph projected above the tower: "Keep out."
Lyra did make her choice. She chose XANA and her Dad over them, over ones who warned her. But will they save her? Will they win? Will Lyra win? I don't know...you need to find out.
After a battle with XANA's and Lyra's monsters, the group went to the Desert sector. Aelita collapses beside a deactivated tower, overwhelmed. She whispers:
"She's becoming what my father feared."
XANA appears to Lyra, human form glitching slightly, voice raw with emotion. He tells her she's going too far—that Elias is using her for his rebirth. Lyra, calm but cold, said:
"You used me first. At least my Dad gave me a choice."
She walks past him. He grabs her wrist, then lets go. His grip was tight. She looked at him, a little annoyed.
"You're rewriting me out of my own creation," he said.
"Good. Maybe it's time you learned how it feels," she said, coldly.
It was a peaceful night at Kadic. Odd, Yumi, and Ulrich stare at the sky—an aurora of purple light pulses across the stars.
"We've got a problem. Lyoko's... reflecting into Earth's atmosphere. Reality's rewriting." Jeremy said.
"How are we supposed to defeat her?" Aelitta asked.
"I don't know, but we need to get to something, fast," Urlich said.
In Lyra's room, her laptop screen flickers. On it appears a single word in violet script:
"Welcome,"
Lyra smirked.
"My time is coming very soon," she said.
Core of Origins
Lyra sits on the floating platform, watching her world build itself around her. She is smiling. Elias stands at her side, silent. Observing everything around them. In the distance, a new tower begins to form—its colour is neither red, blue, nor violet. It is black.
"What the hell?" Lyra said.
