Jungkook couldn't take his eyes off Taehyung as he finally reached him through the crowd.

"You look... so" Jungkook paused, letting his gaze trail down before meeting Taehyung's eyes again with a grin, "... breathtaking."

"I mean it," Jungkook said, stepping closer. "That grey suit, the sweater, who knew my angel could look like a runway model and he still make me want to squish his cheeks?"

Taehyung giggled, nudging him lightly. "Stop it." Jungkook just grinned wider, eyes twinkling.

Just then, Jaewook stepped up onthe stage, microphone in hand. The light dimmed slightly as he tapped the mic.

"Can I have your attention, please?"
He scanned the crowd and smiled. "Jungkook, come here for a moment."

Jungkook nodded, turning to Tae. "I'll catch you later." walked away.

Taehyung blinked and turned toward the stage, about to move when he felt a tap on his shoulder.

He looked back, a bit surprised, and furrowed his brows at the, person, unfamiliar man smiling brightly.

"Remember me?" the man asked.

Taehyung stared at him for a moment. Then his eyes widened slightly. "Liam?!"

"Bingo!!!" Liam laughed cheerfully, spreading his arms like he expected a hug.

Taehyung smiled politely, nodding. "It's been a long time." Liam nodded.

Taehyung turned back to glance at the stage, his focus slipping again toward Jungkook and Jaewook. But Liam continued talking beside him, completely unfazed.

"I'm so sorry I had to quit working on your house and restaurant layout back then," Liam said dramatically, "because I got transferred abroad. All thanks to Jaewook. And Seokjin suggested it, you know. But now I came so can we da... "

Taehyung's brows knit together as he turned back to Liam. "Why would Seokjin hyung suggest or interfere in something like that?"

Liam just shrugged with a fake sad face. "I don't know. Maybe he just didn't want me around."

Before Taehyung could respond, a familiar voice joined them in the conversation.

"Oh?" Jin appeared beside them, furrowing his brows as he noticed Liam. "You're here too."

Liam pouted and pointed at Jin. "There he is! Ask him why he told Jaewook to send me abroad!"

Taehyung blinked, looking between Liam and Jin, clearly confused. Jin, on the other hand, he tried to avoid Taehyung's gaze, giggling nervously.

Then, under his breath and with a half laugh, he whisper, "It's because of your baby."

Taehyung blinked. "What?"

Jin leaned closer, trying not to laugh out loud. "Your baby cried for hour, begged me to send him away."

Taehyung's doe eyes widened, realization hitting him. His hand flew to his face in embarrassment. "Oh my god..."
