         The soft voices of many hummed in the background, a tune of your own singing throughout the sweet chorus. You twirled and jumped to the music, the steps perfectly in sync to the notes. The soft grass felt wonderful beneath your bare feet, the dirt dusting the hem of your lovely dress not bothering you at all. All that mattered was the amazing day, and the wonderful things spread through it. You never wanted this to end. You stare down at the steep hill excitedly, an amazing idea popping in your head. You quickly jump, doing a cartwheel as you roll down the side. 

          You cry out in happiness, not at all minding how your hair sprawled around you, and how some got into your mouth. You heard a familiar voice call your name, you sitting up immidiently. A goofy grin lights up your features. You sprint into the forest, into the direction you heard the familiar voice. The voice you've always known and loved.

        As you ran, you never bothered to notice the darkening sky. Or the dying trees, their bark turning black as did their falling leaves. Or the wilting flowers, their petals browning as you ran past. You just wanted to see them. Be near them. You'd do anything for them. 

   You pass by the trees, by the flowers, by everything. You gave nothing a second glance. You didn't want to look. You had to stay absolutely focused. You needed to get to them. You couldn't be distracted, you just-

   You gasp, stopping in your place. ' What... '

       You slowly walk forward,  stepping into a black clearing. Everything was dead, from the grass to the trees. There was no life whatsoever, not even a lonely crow cawing in the night. Nothing. 

' What... Happened?'

       You slowly step forward, the dry grass crunching beneath your toes. A chilly wind blows through the empty valley, causing you to shudder. You hug your arms nervously. You quicken your pace, not wishing to be here any longer.

   Snap

     You freeze in your place, shoulders stiffening. Your breath quickens, coming out like smoke. A low, animalistic growl comes from behind you. You didn't dare turn around. You knew much better. Much much better. You slowly walk forward, pretending to ignore the sound. 'No sudden movements, [Name].' It knew you felt its presence. And the darkness knew too. 

      A treebrench grabs onto the back of your dress, forcing you backwards. You stumble and fall, hurting your arm in the process. You push up onto your hands and knees shakily.      You slowly look upwards, locking eyes with the beast. Staring into its cold, dead, black eyes.

     Nothing dawned upon you, except the fact that you didn't get to them.

   You cover your face, hearing the animalistic footsteps of the demonic being. You knew this was it. You expectantly await your demise, nerves on complete edge. Yet it never came. You look up, only to shield your eyes again once a bright light overtook the area. Horrified shrieks came from the beast, the sound of leaves moving through the air replacing it shortly. The light dimmed, you finally having the privilege of opening your eyes. You start at the back of your hero, shock on your features. They slowly turned around, you seeing the face of-

    BEEP

    BEEP

    BEEP

    BEEP

     A yell of shock escapes your lips, you failing your arms madly. You fall off the comfortable mattress, and onto the cold bamboo-wood floor. A muffled " Owwwwww... " escapes your lips. That was all a dream. 

     Of course it was a dream, nothing THAT COOL would ever happen to you. 

    It's not like you'd be saved by your knight in shining armor anytime soon. You sit up, your cheek still burning from its uncomfortable contact with the floor. You stand up shakily, holding onto the wall for support. You look around your [Messy/Organized] bedroom grumpily.

     You could tell this was gonna be a long day.
