Antonia's POV

Silence. That's all there is while we all ponder whether we should visit the Dark Hound Mistress or not.

"I think it's better to go to her and ask, with the possibility of rejection, than it is to not go and ask." Angel says softly, breaking the silence.

"Yeah, at least we would have tried the option." Saber agrees with an enthusiastic smile, but I can feel his nervousness through the connection, and even without that, I can tell in his body language.

"Okay then, let's go into the backyard, and I will try to get in contact with her and ask her to come here." I say and start to walk off when Angel asks

"Why the backyard?"

"I need the Earth." I answer, and continue to stride through the castle halls to the backyard. Saber jogs to catch up with me, then matches me step for step. Instinctively, I grab his hand in my own, feeling comforted by his presence and his hand wrapped up with my own.

"We will find them, with or without Lauren's help." Saber assures me mentally. I reply

"I hope so." Then I go back to focusing on the way through the castle.

We soon end up in the backyard, and I continue leading the way to a dark spot under many tree branches and leaves. I focus on my powers and feel them respond immediately, racing around my body, making my skin tingle. I call out to Lauren with my powers, and feel her respond immediately. I open my eyes to see her sitting in front of me, looking very grouchy.

"What do you want, Queen Antonia?" She says in a monotone voice and sighs, showing her annoyance at being summoned. I hear a small gasp from Angel, but I'm guessing she's just surprised at my control over my powers or something like that.

"I am asking for your assistance to find my sister and her boyfriend." I state

"So you want my Dark Hounds to sniff out the people you are looking for." Lauren clarifies, and I nod

"Yes please, if it wouldn't be too much trouble and you wouldn't mind."

"Why don't you just order me to do it? You are my queen, you could just tell me to have my Dark Hounds sniff them out, and I would have to obey."

"I want to be a good and fair queen, I don't want to force any of my subjects into doing something they don't want to do, or aren't comfortable doing it."

"Good. Sure, I'll get a couple of my Hounds to help. It might take a while to summon them here though, all of them are off wandering around the territory."

"Okay, that'll be fine. Thank you for helping." I stand up and Lauren stands as well, turning around to walk back to the castle next to me. Suddenly, she stops moving. Her and Angel are staring at each other, and tears are brimming in Angel's eyes.

"Angela?" Lauren asks in shock

"Laurencia?" Angel chokes out, stepping forward slightly "It is you, oh how I've missed you! I searched for you for so long, and they told me you were dead! I couldn't believe it, I had a feeling you were out there somewhere." Angel closes the gap between them and hugs Lauren tightly, tears flowing freely from her eyes.

"I'm so sorry Angela, but obviously I couldn't come back. I didn't want to get you in trouble by looking for you. Why are you here?" Lauren asks. I look to Saber and say over our connection

"We should leave them alone, give them some time. We can ask them about it later." Saber agreed and we leave the two alone to talk as we go back into the castle.
