i was washing the dishes when i heard the front door went open. why was he so early?

   

   

   

i headed to the living room and found him laying on the couch.

i checked the time and it was already 8 in the evening. he was way too early.

   

"you finished work so early, kookie." i said but i guess not too loud to get a response. it was not a question anyway.

i just smiled before going back to the kitchen to finish the dishes.

i realized that maybe he was starting to mature that was why he wasn't vocal anymore with his feelings.
