it was another ordinary day for jungkook but one of those great days for lisa to treasure and cherish.
       

atleast, jungkook wasn't being the jerkook he has been for the last two months. bad days were over.
    
    
or so she thought?
   

anyway, lisa was more than happy and definitely getting back her old cheerful self. she was gaining her weight again. jungkook was very happy about it either.
      
    
as things getting back to what it used to be, for the first week of making things right, jungkook managed to keep up a happy aura around lisa, doing his best to keep that big smile on her face even though deep inside, a  wild monster, which is guilt, was eating him alive.

he admitted to himself that he did miss that warm smile that welcomes him everytime he goes for work and comes back to her after.

"jungkookie~"

jungkook was busy. he was still on his laptop even after work in the office. he does not do overnights anymore but he brings his paperworks to finish at home.

he decided to just let it that way. 

atleast, lisa doesn't have to be alone in the house.
     
workloads were getting heavier as salary went higher. he has been in this field for more than 8 years.
     
jungkook works in statistical analysis and data reconfiguration, which he took up as temporary work. he got the job right away even though he was a fresh grad. he was desperate to be stable already, earn money to marry lisa and start a family with her. that WAS his original plan even when he was still in college.
    
despite disliking his job, he is indeed best in what he does. he stayed because they kept giving him promotions and raises because they couldn't afford to lose an asset like him.
    
lisa has a bachelor's degree in fashion design and merchandising. although she wanted to get a job too like her husband, jungkook insisted that she should just stay home. she wanted to pursue this career too but she chose to listen to him.
   

"jungkookie! guess what!"

"what?"

"we will be having our highschool reunion! yay!"

he looked back to her who was waving a paper that seemed like an invitation.

"who invited you?" he furrowed his eyebrows.

  

"ahn hye jin! my highschool bestfriend! she just came back from sweden with her boyfriend, kim namjoon! yay! i'm so excited, kookie~"

"yeaaaa... not really obvious." he exclaimed with uninterested tone. it made her sad but did not let him know she noticed it.

"when is it?" he asked as he get his attention back to his laptop.

"this coming weekend. i know it is too soon. i still don't have anything to wear. oh my god!"

he raised his eyebrows as he continued to type something. "you have plenty of dresses in your closet. how come you don't have anything to wear?"

she squealed and throw herself in bed. she stared at the ceiling and smiled.

"i want to look prettier. i feel prettier when i'm in a new dress." she giggled and it made him smirk.

"then buy new one."

"will you accompany me?"

"can't you go shopping without me? you know i have work, lisa."

she faked a smile and nodded. 

maybe yes, it was too easy for him to say no buuuut! if he doesn't work hard, you won't even afford a new dress for yourself, lisa.

try to understand, lisa.

"and make sure you won't buy a dress that catches so much attention."
