Light and Lightning (LaxusXreader)

After Natsu orders Lucy to leave him alone with future Rogue, reader, Wendy, Lucy, Loke and the exceeds manage to make it out of the castle. They look for a way back to the games but instead see the royal army marching away.
"I wonder where they're going?" asks Happy
"Somewhere important. Let's follow them." says Loke
As they sneakingly follow the royal army, they see something in the distance.
"Look! There's the eclipse!" says Happy as he rushes towards it.
"Wait, Happy! We should try not to be seen by the army." says Wendy as her and Carla follow right after him.
Lucy and Loke look at each other and nod. Loke then disappears. Both Lucys, reader and Lily rush after the rest.
They make it to the nearby bush where they can see the front of the royal army. Just as reader went down to hide behind the bushes, her pain eased up. They poison in her body was still hurting her, it became worse while she was battling the royal army and Kamika, but she didn't let Wendy know. They all look up and see the princess along with Arcadios standing in front of the eclipse.
"Where's Loke?" asked Happy
"He went back to the celestial world, Lucy's magic would've been drained if he came near the eclipse." replies Lily
"You can come out now. There's no need to hide." yells Arcadios towards where they were hiding.
"Finally, was so done with hiding and not being seen." says reader as they join the princess and Arcadios.
"Says the girl who's nickname is Halley's Comet." says Happy
"Oh Happy." says reader
As they join the front line to the eclipse. The princess looks at them.
"You're from Fairy Tail." says the princess as she looks at reader and the others.
"You're the one who locked us up." says reader to herself but the princess looked at reader as if she heard her.
"I'm very sorry for how you've all been treated, but in the state of emergency, I'm afraid a proper apology will have to wait." says the princess
"She's not mean at all!" says Wendy with a smile.
"I would also like to congratulate your guild on winning the grand magic games." says the princess.
"Oh yeah!" says Happy and everyone else cheers.
"I almost forgot about the games!" says reader
"I knew the others wouldn't let us down!" says Wendy
Reader smiles to herself. 'Finally' reader thought.
"I can't wait to see the others." says reader
"Me too." says Lucy
They then hear noise coming from the eclipse, bringing them back to the situation. Some royal guards leave to update the other guards of the changes.
"Why are you opening the gate now? There aren't any dragons around." says Lucy
"They know about the dragons?" the princess asks Arcadios.
"They were informed from someone from the future as well. By the way, where is your future self?" says Arcadios looking back at Lucy.
"She was murdered.. by someone else who came from the future." says Lily
The princess and Arcadios were shocked. Lucy and them discuss about how Future Rogue kept saying Lucy would close the gate and that Lucy knows she wouldn't now.
"So I ask again, why are you opening the gate now when there's no need?" asked Lucy
"The gate takes too long to open, if we wait for the dragons, I'm afraid it would be too late by the time the gate open to fire the eclipse cannon."
Reader then feels pain again in her body and makes a disomfort sound. Wendy looks at reader.
"(Y/N).."
"I'm fine."
"You don't seem fine, you looked like you were in pain just now. Let me heal you now."
"No. I told you, save your magic. I don't want to waste your magic on me."
Wendy looks at reader with a worried look.
"She's right, child. If (Y/N) says she's fine then she is. She's the same rank as an S class, she can handle it." says Carla coming into the conversation.
"Thanks Carla." reader says to Carla
"Are you sure you're fine?" Carla asks reader.
"Yes."
"Good."

In the middle of Crocus, where the King asked every guild wizard to meet.
After the wizards agreed to help the King defeat the dragons. Erza speaks to one of the royal guards.
"Excuse me but we had some of our members in your captive. We could use their help."
"They're safe. We have been informed that they are now with the princess at the gate."
Laxus hears this.
'Ten thousand dragons and (Y/N) is still not by my side for me to protect her.' thought Laxus
"We know that look. What's bugging you?" says Bixlow "Bugging you. bugging you"
"Isn't it obvious? (Y/N)." says Freed
"Don't worry, Laxus. She's a tough girl." says Evergreen
"I'm not sure if that moon is a good omen." says Freed looking up at the moon.
Laxus looks too.
"The eclipse. Fitting name." he says
'I got a bad feeling.' thought Laxus

Back at the front.
Just then the gate door starts opening. Reader watches and so does everyone else. A bright light came through the door. Reader felt incredible power coming through the gate door. Suddenly Lucy is walking forward toward the door.
"Close the gate!" yells Lucy
"What?"
"We need to close it now!" says Lucy
Just as everyone looks at Lucy confused. A giant figure was walking through the gate. Shaking the ground.
"What is that?"
"Is that.. a dragon?"
Just as reader realized what it was, the dragon roared. The roar felt like a strong wind that blew the front line people away, including reader and the others. Reader grabs onto Wendy right away and everyone else hangs on to whatever they can to not get blown away.

Back to where the wizards were.
A big blast of wind blew everything in it's path, just missing the wizards.
"Where did that blast come from?!" says Erza
"It came from the castle!"
"Isn't that where the princess is?" said one of the royal guards
Laxus looks towards where the blast came from.

At the gate.
Lucy still runs to the front to close the gate. More dragons walk through. Just then Mira shows up with Yukino.
"We can combine our celestial power using our zodiac keys to close the gate!" says Yukino as she comes to the front.
"Oh yeah! Let's do it!" says Lucy
They combine their keys and their magic, summoning the celestial spirits. The spirits arrived in a bright glowing aura. With much force and magic, they finally manage to close the gate.
"Yay! You did it!" yells Wendy in happiness.
"I don't think were able to celebrate yet. How much dragons were able to get through?" says Arcadios
"7 dragons, sir." says one of the guards
Reader, Mira and Wendy gather around Lucy and Yukino to tell them they did great.
"You just had to go and ruin my plans, didn't you?"
Reader hears Future Rogue's voice. They all turn their heads to look at him.
"No matter, I'm sure 7 dragons is just enough." says future Rogue
"What happened to Natsu?" asked Lucy
Rogue ignores Lucy's question.
"Ten thousand was too much to handle anyways." he continues
"That's the traitor, the one who lied about the eclipse cannon." says the princess
"How could you? Is that why you were so against me closing the gate?" says Lucy
Rogue laughs then gathers the dragons together. The dragons fly above him. Rogue then gives them orders to kill everyone in the city. Rogue then says he mastered a spell that can control the dragons. Just before he leaves with one of the dragons, future Rogue looks at reader and the others.
"I'll leave these pathetic souls to you, Zirconis." says Rogue looking at jade colored dragon who was now flying above them.

Where the wizards stand.
The wizards were warned that only 7 dragons have passed through the gate.
"Looks like this is it." says the King as the royal guards take him to safety
"Everyone split up with your guild. Find a dragon to take down. Fairy Tail, come with me!" says Makarov
The rest of the guilds go their own way.
Fairy Tail members were all gathered. Laxus looks at the thunder legion.
"I'm going to go find (Y/N)." says Laxus as he tries to leave.
"No, Laxus! Stay and fight. We need you here, I'm sure the rescue mission team are covering another ground." says Makarov
"Tch, fine!" says Laxus as they run for a dragon landing near them.
"It looks like this dragon is made of fire." says Freed
"It doesn't matter, let's take this dragon down." says Bixlow
"Yeah!" agree all of the Fairy Tail members.
They all go in for battle.
