Hello!
I just got WiFi again after not having it so that's exciting.
Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or any of its characters.

I nodded, blushing madly. I can't believe this was happening. Hell, we should've talked about this sooner!
"Sakura."
My head snapped up, and only then I realized how close his face was to mine and he was still holding my hands.
I could only squeak in question.
"May I kiss you?"
I bit my lip and said, "No. Not yet at least."
He looked a little hurt and I rushed in again to explain myself, "No, I just mean I want the kiss to be special. I want you to kiss me after you've broken off the engagement and talked to her family. I want you to kiss me to tell me that from now on everything is going to be okay."
He smiled a little and said, "I understand."
I bowed my head in apology, "We can talk about it if you think it's too selfish of me..."
"No, I understand why you want to do that. You want it to happen when I don't have anything that could hold me back and I get it, it's not selfish because I'd probably do it too," Sasuke said.
I smiled, looking at the time, "It's late."
"Yeah, it is."

The harsh alarm blared a few hours later, at 6:30 in the morning as it always did for me. I got up from my bed and stretched before getting up and opening the curtains to the warm sunshine outside. I'm not going to lie, my eyes feel like they're burning; the drawback of getting about 4 hours of rest. I rub at them for a bit before yawning again, and feeling slightly heavy from the lack of sleep, I make my way into the kitchen to make coffee.
On my way, I pass the guest room that I loaned Sasuke for the night, he had stayed in Ashton's room. What? You didn't expect me to kick him out that late at night, did you? It's dangerous out there, I don't care how well he can defend himself. Besides, he was tired and driving while tired isn't safe.
I knocked softly, asking if I could come in. When I heard the affirmative but soft answer, I opened the door. He laid there, curled up in a ball and looking like all he wanted to do was to keep sleeping; honestly, it was a mood.
I walked over and placed my hand on his shoulder, shaking him gently.
"I'm putting on a cup of coffee for you while I take a shower, make sure to leave me some," I said, not leaving his room until he made an effort to sit up and turn off his snoozed alarm.
I stopped halfway to the bathroom when I remembered something important.
"Sasuke," I said after walking back to the room, "Your clothes..."
"It's okay," he mumbled sleepily, his voice deep and slightly raspy, "I always keep a spare outfit in the car in case something happens."
'Mmm...how convenient,' inner said while filing her nails.
I smiled before turning around and heading to the bathroom. Before I got there though, a hand was grabbing my elbow and spinning me around.
Sasuke planted a soft kiss on my cheek before letting go and saying, "Sorry, couldn't resist."
I blushed, "Technically it doesn't count, so it's alright."
I shook slightly while reaching up to place a kiss on his cheek in return.
