A Fix in Time ~Benlos~

~Carlos' POV~

"And then Maleficent came and tried to kill everyone. Us four were the only ones that survived," I finished telling Jay the whole story and I could tell he was very entertained.

"Woah... that's trippy. So wait, everyone here died and you still regret undoing all of that? That sounds kinda dumb to me," He said bluntly and I shook my head.

"No, I regret coming back this far! Hear the difference?" I blurted out, giving him sass that I didn't know I had.

"Yeah yeah, whatever. I'm the only one that knows about this?" He asked and I shook my head.

"No, Sazana does, but that's it. But the same thing is happening to her, she's forgetting the original timeline as well, on the first day she forgot me," I said and he chuckled. I was about to say something else when I noticed Jay's face suddenly get serious. "What is it?"

"I forgot about this, I don't know how I must be a complete idiot, but I remembered something from that timeline!" He said and my eyes went huge.

"What do you mean you remembered something from the timeline? That should be impossible, you technically never lived it," I explained.

"Well I did, and not just me, it was Mal and Evie too, we all remembered something," He continued. "But I think before we do anything, we need to figure out why this is all happening now."

"What do you mean?"

"We were on the Isle for a month after you reset the timeline, you remembered everything for the entirety of the month, so did Sazana. But, the moment you got here, things started to go haywire and now you're forgetting everything and we're starting to remember stuff." He explained. I hadn't even thought about that, what was making all of this happen? Was it like a one month time frame from when you can remember? But wait, Sazana was starting to forget, and she never forgets a timeline.

"We have to figure this out," Suddenly there was a knock on the door, quickly followed by someone opening the door without having permission first.

"Hi boys!" Audry stated, walking into the room wearing a huge smile. "Sorry for barging in like this, but this is an important matter."

"What is it?" Jay asked, the both of us getting up simultaneously. Audry's smile got even more huge, if that was even possible, and held up two white envelopes, one with my name on it and the other Jay's.

"My wedding!" She yelled with an excited scream followed behind it. I couldn't help but smile and I could tell Jay was the same way. Was I a little jealous? Yes. But, she was excited and I can only imagine how excited I would be if I was in that position too. "Now, since it's the royal wedding, everyone is invited, but these are invitations to the amazing after party that only a few are invited to, and clearly I want the both of you there!"

"Well then, if you really want us there, we're in!" Jay said with a smile on his face while taking the envelopes and handing me mine.

"Cool, later! I have to pass these out to the others!" Was the last thing she said before exiting the room.

~With Doug and Lonnie~ ~Doug's POV~

"The question is though, why haven't we remembered anything yet? Why has it been Jane and Chad?" I asked aloud to Lonnie, while still downloading the software onto my laptop. As a way to further confirm our suspicions, I'm trying to build a software onto my laptop that could track TimeWaves throughout the world using a satellite antenna.

"Well we know that it's like a trigger, with Chad it was him getting benched from Tourney, which made him remember Carlos and Jay getting the Co-Captain spots over him in the other timeline," Lonnie responded and I nodded my head.
