A Fix in Time ~Benlos~

~With Carlos~His POV~

"Are you sure you're okay?" Ben asks while helping me up from his bed. I nod slightly, still not entirely sure what's going on. "Well then maybe we can head to get something to eat? I'm starving!"

"Uhh..sure." Was all I said, well it's all I could say.

"Pizza? I'm feeling pizza!" He states before getting up and putting on a pair of shoes. I notice that his hand has a scratch on it that looks pretty bad.

"What happened to your hand?" I ask and he stops for a minute like I just said the worst thing ever.

"Carlos," He finally says. "You know what happened." I could tell that that was the best I was going to get out of him so I dropped it. I can't handle just sitting here, I need to figure out what's going on and there's only one person who can help me the most.

"Hey, actually I forgot I made dinner plans with Doug today!" I say while quickly jumping up from the bed.

"Oh.. okay.. but I'll see you later, right?" He asks before I make it out of the door.

"Uhm, yeah sure!" I quickly say before rushing out of the door. When I'm finally out of his hallway I speed walk until I find myself in front of Doug's room

"Doug you are not going to believe what's going on!" I say while walking into his room and he seems shocked from seeing me and stands up from his desk.

"Oh? Carlos, what are you doing here?" He asks, sounding almost as if I weren't welcomed.

"Oh, I'm sorry, were you busy?" I ask and he shakes his head.

"Well, no, but I don't think you should just barge into my room like that," He defends and I give him a confused look.

"Doug what are you talking about, I do it all the time?" I give him a weird look and he makes a perplexed face.

"No you don't," He responds.

"Doug-"

"Actually if you don't mind I am a little uncomfortable with you just coming in here now, do you mind stepping out?" He interrupts me and I'm taken aback.

"You..you want me to leave?" I ask still very confused and he nods his head. I slowly make my way out of the room and when I'm all the way out he closes the door. What was that??

Ya know what, if he's acting weird then there's someone else I can go to!

"Sazana?" I yell as I'm knocking on her door. I've knocked twice already so I'm assuming she's not here but I really need to get in the house at least.

"Hey, have you seen Sazana?" I quickly asked some random kids who were passing by and they give me a confused look.

"Who?" The boy says and I groan knowing exactly where this was headed.

"Never mind," I say before heading toward the main building. When I get there I see Doug walking with Evie and.. were they holding hands?

"Doug, Evie!" I yell running up to them and Doug makes a visibly uncomfortable face.

"Hey Carlos!" Evie says with a smile.

"Guys, what is going on?? Nothing makes sense and everyone is acting weird," I say and they both look at me weird.

"Weird how?" Doug asks.

"Well for starters Ben's coronation was just a week ago!" I say and they both get a visibly uncomfortable look from the mention of it. "And apparently I'm with him or something! Oh and no one knows the other villain kids or Sazana! And you two are holding hands like a couple!" They both look down at their hands then back up at me.
