I felt bad for what I did to Brian, I heard all that yelling coming from the other end of the phone line, and once they both switch to French I was lost but I was pretty sure they were still yelling at each other.

And after he left a few hours had passed and our house phone rang again this time it was Mr. Lombardy on the phone with Ellie.

‘’Well did he call the cops? My gods Alain don’t blame all the people in the United States.’’ She sighs and man was I feeling guiltier by the minute but then the guilt went away with Ellie's next words.

‘’Seriously, he agreed to stay with us.’’ Oh my god I did it, Brian gets to stay the whole two weeks and with us.

I had the dumbest and biggest grins on my face so when my dad eyed me suspiciously and grab me by the shoulders to drag me into the kitchen, I did not realize it til it was too late damn it Fisher pay attention man!

‘’Explain.’’ he demanded looking me straight in the eyes. I could play dumb, dad knows I’m not the smartest guy in town.

‘’I don't know what you're talking about.’’ I gave him my best innocent look and feeling crappy about lying to my dad.

‘’Boy please, I invented lying so grow some balls and tell your old man what you did, I have a feeling it's got something to do with Brian.’’ He groaned when he said that, damn the man knows me too well. I blushed and decided to tell dad what I did.

‘’I might’ve stole his wallet, broke into his hotel room with a disguised and stole all his crap and texted the dude from the jet to send him back, I wanted to stop him from leaving and make him stay, don’t worry about his stuff is in the closet of my dorm at Julliard, I just wanted Ellie to have some time with her son.’’ I rush that one in so my dad wouldn’t disapprove of me.

‘’Damn it Fisher, I hate how you're making so much sense,’’ Dad stayed quiet probably thinking on what to do with his criminal son. ‘’We tell no one about this you got it.’’ I did a double take, surprised to hear my old man say that to me.

Ellie came back in with a bright smile on her face.

‘’Brian is going to stay with us the rest of the two weeks and Alain is coming to get him at the end of it, my god is it wrong to be so happy about this, I mean I actually want to reward the thief who stole all that stuff from my son since he just gave me an opportunity to spend time with Brian.’’ She squeals and hugs my dad, when Ellie was buried into my dad's chest, my dad mouth a 'thank you' to me and I just smile at him.

‘’Ok we need to go pick him up, so let's go.’’ Ellie said grabbing both of our hands and push us out the door and in to the car.

When we got to the hotel, the security people try to kick me out but Ellie wouldn't have it no she went all ninja mom on their asses. Best day ever, I had to tell them about how I visit him earlier and that people here didn’t like how I was dressed, I knew Brian had instructed them to keep me out but didn’t bother to mention that.

After they let me in, we went up to Brian's room, once there he opens the door, he looked tired and depressed.

‘’Honey are you ok?’’ Ellie asks Brian sounding concerned.

‘’Yeah, it just pisses me off on how an idiot thought it was funny to do all this to me, I mean jeesh they're making dad fly here mom, and I hate for him to waste his time like this.’’  Brian was pissed that was the understatement of the century and I felt the guilty feeling coming back.
