Y/N's POV
Note: Sorry for constantly changing views ^^ ;;; I'll stop talking now.
I can't believe I agreed to this. This was all just happening too fast. I sat on the edge of the bed, growing accustom to the same scenery. I was in the room I originally woke up in, waiting for the cheery winged boy to return. He promised to bring along the famous goddess Palutena. The small town I lived in spoke highly of her name. I, however could care less. She was the reason my sister was dead. Where was she when the town needed her the most? Some goddess.
I tapped my slender fingers on my aching thighs as anticipation and anger rose within me. To avoid emotional distress, I forced my mind to wander to something more...Interesting. Pit...He was....adorable. I almost felt bad for attacking him when we first met. He had such a cheerful soul and his beautiful blue eyes were so mesmerizing. Those eyes...
The door busted opened, immediately pushing me out of my confusing thought process. Pit entered, bearing a large grin.
"Hi Y/N!" He spoke.
"Hey Pit..." I leaned slightly to the right, finding no other person (well goddess) behind him. "Um, where's Palutena?"
Pit moved closer to the bed and got on one knee. He directed his hands towards the door and shook them vigorously. Jazz hands?
"I now introduce you to the amazing and beautiful Goddess Palutena!" Pit announced.
A tall, long haired woman entered through the door. Green and gold confetti 'magically' fell over her...well...In actuality, it was just Pit throwing it at her. She wore an elaborate white dress and several jewelry pieces that all looked and shimmered like gold. She also wore a similar colored crown-like...thing on the top of her head. A white stocking was pulled neatly up one of her legs and she carried a pink winged bottle. I hated to admit it but...she was really beautiful.
"Hello Y/N. How are you feeling?" Palutena asked. Before I could answer, she placed the hand that wasn't holding the bottle on her chest. "Wait. That was a silly question. Drink this first."
Palutena handed me the winged bottle. I immediately turned to Pit, unable to trust this cursed goddess. He was the only person I could trust at the moment.
"It's fine. It'll make you feel better." He said, reassuring me.
I gave Pit a slight nod, moved the bottle to my lips, and tasted the pink liquid. It was really sweet. I continued to drink from the bottle.
"Be sure to drink all of it Y/N," Palutena added.
Once I finished the sweet tasting liquid I felt...different. The pain from my arms and leg vanished completely.
"Now how are you feeling?" Palutena asked.
I stood up easily from the bed and checked my legs and arms for scars. Not even a scratch was found on me. I was completely healed. My hatred for Palutena diminished from that of a raging fire to a small flame.
"T-Thank you so much." I stated, bowing slightly.
"Heh Heh. No problem. Now let's get you home." The goddess smiled.

I held tightly unto Pit as he soared through the light blue sky. The wind slapped my face at incredible speeds, which ultimately left me short of breath. I closed my eyes and shook like a leaf. One of my worst fears has manifested. Heights. Just don't look down. Don't look down...
"Y/N? Are you alright?" Pit asked with a hint of concern in his voice. "You're shaking."
A strong gust of wind drowned out my words. I just couldn't take anymore!
"P-Put me down Pit! I-I can't be this high up!" I screamed out.
He looked down at me. "We're almost close to the town Y/N. Just a few more minutes and-"
"No Pit! I can't take this! Put! Me! Down!" I was on the verge of bursting into tears. Heights were never my strongpoint. Can you imagine falling from 30,000 feet in the air and slamming into the ground? Exactly.
Pit pouted slightly and descended at an alarming rate. I clung tightly to his neck as my vision blurred. My sanity was no where in site either.
"Lady Palutena, I'm going down." Pit stated.
I hid my face in his tunic* and held my breath. I think I may die due to fear than falling. He hovered slightly over ground and talked to me.
"Is this a better height?"
I could touch the ground if I extended my legs. This was perfect.
"Yes. Thank you Pit."
For the rest of the flight, we flew in silence. I took in all the beautiful sights and even snuck a few glances at Pit. He was just so...handsome. I blushed at my thoughts. What am I thinking? I barely know this angel! Look, I know he's cute and saved my life...and...I could just run my hands through those gorgeous brown locks...Oh! We're landing.
When we landed, Pit set me down in a grassy area in front of town. My town. I...could barely recognize it. The attack had destroyed a good amount of buildings and the smell of burnt charcoal was still found throughout the air. Horrible memories flooded my mind of past events. My sister, my parents...I pushed the memories away and ran at full speed towards the town, forgetting completely about Pit.
"Y/N! Wait Up!"

*The correct word for Pit's clothing is a chiton. I did some research and I guess you can call it a tunic too? Tunics reminds me of Link. Oh yeah, short story:
The door busted opened, immediately pushing me out of my confusing thought process. Pit entered, bearing a large grin.
"Hi Y/N!" He spoke.
"Hey Pit..." I leaned slightly to the right, finding no other person (well goddess) behind him. "Um, where's Palutena?"
Pit moved closer to the bed and got on one knee. I-Is he proposing to me??? Oh my goodness!!! I'm not ready! I'M NOT READY!!! AHHHHHHH!!! Wait. Where's the ring son. I ain't marrying without a ring. He directed his hands towards the door and shook them vigorously. Jazz hands?
"I now introduce you to the amazing and beautiful Goddess Palutena!" Pit announced.
Curse my annoying thought process.
