Alive (Pit x Reader x Dark Pit)

"Lady Palutena!"

"Yes Pit?"

"I kinda forgot what was going on in this story. Could you tell me?"

"Oh! Well it has been quite some time. Let me explain," Palutena said, clapping her hands together. "Y/N lost her sister due to an attack on her small town. Her parents are also dead, so I decided to adopt her. She now lives with us."

"Oh yeah, that's right," Pit said.

"What we don't know is that Y/N can see into the future! With the help of Dark Pit and Viridi, she's plotting on saving her sister's soul from the underworld. If you have anymore questions, feel free to read the previous chapters."

"Great! Thanks!" Pit said. The second he finished talking, Pit paused, confusion across his face. "What...were we talking about?"

"Strange....I can't seem to remember," Palutena murmured. She made her way into a nearby broom closet, pushing out a large whiteboard. "Well! No point in worrying about it! Anyway, guess what Pit? After days of planning, I have finally written out the perfect flowchart!"

"Flowchart? Of what?" Pit asked.

"Of you asking Y/N out on a date, silly!" Palutena explained. She scribbled some math formulas on the whiteboard. "Y/N should be back in a bit, so there's no time to waste! Now, let's practice. Pretend Y/N is in front of you right now. What would you say?"

"L-let's be friends?"

"Pit! You just picked the worst possible outcome on the face of this planet!" Palutena said. "You can't hide your feelings! You have to just say it!"

"B-but what if she doesn't like me?" Pit asked.

"Impossible. I know she likes you." Palutena pointed to the long formula on the whiteboard. "I did the math, and there's a 79% chance that Y/N-chan is interested in you. Give or take."

"But-"

"I've also been reading some books on love. Did you know that humans naturally mimic a person they're in love with?" Palutena asked. "They also engage in more eye contact. Staring into someone's eyes can make you fall in love Pit~ Be careful who you stare at...Heheh..."

"Lady Palutena!!"

"Y-yes?"

"That's great and all, but...shouldn't the odds be 50/50?" Pit asked. "It's either she likes me, or she doesn't. There's no middle ground."

Silence.

Palutena scoffed before erasing the formulas on the whiteboard.

"Sheesh Pit, you really need to be more optimistic. Where's that peppy personality of yours?" Palutena teased. She began drawing on the whiteboard. "Now, who's my favorite angel?"

"......Me?" Pit asked.

"Exactly. Who's the only person I know that can take down gods 10 times his size?"

"Me."

"Exactly! Now who's gonna ask Y/N-chan out on a date the second she gets back?!"

"Me!!!!!" Pit exclaimed, his eyes sparkling. Palutena nodded and smiled.

"That's the Pit I know! Now let's hurry and get through the rest of this flowchart before...." Palutena stopped mid-sentence. "Oh shoot. I sense something approaching."

Palutena quickly made her way outside, Pit right on her heels. The two looked into the sky and noticed that something, no, someone was approaching fast.
