Arian stood tall and proud, watching over her pack as they trained. She made sure they trained long and hard. Stories have passed through many packs of her barbaric trainings; saying how they spar til only the strongest stand, and leave the weakest to die. The stories couldn't be more off. Yes, she trained them hard, but if a wolf was weak, she trained them harder until they were strong. To her, anything was possible.

Many believed she couldn't become Alpha. The elders in the pack laughed in her face when she told them of how she wanted to be the first female alpha. She ravished in their look of horror when she killed her father and brother. Aside from the elders, everyone in the pack cheered in their defeat. No one would say it out loud, but they hated the Alpha and his son. Arian was the only one who seemed to have her head on straight.

Once training was over, Arian began loading her suitcase into the car. She and her gamma, Jessica, were to leave for Deadman Pack. Arian loathed the pack, but knew it was in her best interest to keep the alliance with them. The pack provided her great intel.

"Beta Jacobs, you will be in charge while we are gone. Make sure to train the group of children who turned 13," Arian said before hopping into the car.

In her pack, children were trained at the young age of 13. If an attack on her pack were to happen, of course she would not throw children into it, but she wanted them to be able to protect themselves if her fighters somehow couldn't. This is what made Arian different from other packs. She trained women, children, men, and elders. She believes that everyone should be able to protect themselves; to fight and die for their pack and family.

They drove for five hours before arriving to the Deadman Pack. Already, Arian was scoffing at their blatant disrespect for their own pack members. Alpha Reynolds treated his pack members as below him, especially the omegas. He reminded her of her late father; a rotten man he was.

Alpha Reynolds stood front and center, waiting to greet the female Alpha. Reynolds knew it was in his best interest to keep the peace with the harsh woman. He knew how dangerous she was was. He, as well as every other Alpha, feared her. He had seen first hand how vile the scandalous woman could be.

"Alpha Arian" he greeted with a bow. "Please, follow me to the office."

Arian let out a grunt, then followed the rat-faced man.

She hated walking through the halls of his pack house, seeing how his son treated their members. About two years ago, Arian had visited and seen the Alpha's son hit an omega for accidentally dropping his coffee. She wanted to intervene, but knew she had no right to.

They arrive in the old smelling office, and take their assigned seating.

"I presume our alliance is still intact?" Alpha Reynolds hoped

Arian stared at the man blankly, "Of course. Now, tell me of the crystal."

Alpha Reynolds smiled, then went rifling through his drawers until the stone was in his palm. He brought the crystal to Arian's hand, "I hope you find what you are looking for."

She took the crystal in her hand, examining it, "Where will we be staying?" She asked

He motioned for an omega, "show Alpha Arian and her Gamma their rooms." His harsh grip on her arm is sure to leave marks.

The omega looks to the floor, nodding at his command. Arian pocketed the crystal, then followed the scared omega. She was a mere child, probably 14 years old. Arian clenches her fists, trying to reign in the anger that was slowly starting to build. One day she would kill that rodent of a man.

The omega led them through the hallways of the pack house, and to their doors, that's when Arian heard a cry. The Alpha's son stood above a male omega, who was in a fetus position on the floor, being kicked repeatedly by the wicked man. His cries rang through the air, reaching Arian's ears, clutching her heart painfully. The reaction to this male was instant, and had Arian moving. She stomped her way towards the two men, stopping right in front of the wolf who layed on the floor.

"Ah, Alpha Arian, nice to see you again" Erik, Reynolds son greeted with his yellowing teeth.

Arian paid no attention to the wicked man, her eyes only focus on the one on the floor, "look at me." She demanded

The soft brown eyes of the omega met the intense blue eyes of the Alpha. She knew instantly who this was. Seeing a leg come out from her peripheral view, she twisted it. Now, it was Erik's turn to cry out in pain. He clutched his leg, blubbering like a stupid baby. His father was there immediately.

He took in the scene in front of him, growling at the one person he feared. Arian let her canines show, growling back at the oaf. Her growl was more animalistic and powerful.

"What is going on here?!" Reynolds questioned, hoping to gain back some self-respect after the female in front of him put him in his place with a simple growl.

Arian pulled the brown-eyed male to his feet, tingles sparking off where her hand met his arm. "He was hurting my mate" she gritted out. "He is leaving with me tomorrow."

She left no room for discussion, dragging her mate down to her room for the night. She had her title, her pack, and now, her mate she waited so long for.
