Technical Difficulties (Jeremy x The Squip) Oneshots

  The Squip spent about a week on Earth. Throughout that week, Jeremy helped the alien repair his spaceship so he could finally go home. Jeremy also taught the Squip about feelings, which he stuggled with at first.

  Where the Squip came from, everybody acted like mindless robots. Nobody cared for each other, they only cared about their work. With Jeremy's help, the Squip understood things like friendship, regret, and love. After that week, though, everything changed.

  "Looks like we're done." The Squip stated. Jeremy froze. If the ship was done, then the Squip would go home, and he'd never see him again. The Squip noticed Jeremy's reaction.

  "What's wrong? Did the ship get broken somewhere? Did we forget something important?" The Squip asked concerned. Jeremy shook it's head.

  "It's just...nothing." Jeremy claimed. It would be selfish to make the Squip stay here, but he really didn't want him to leave.

  "Jeremy." The Squip said sternly. His voice was a lot different from when Jeremy first met him. When Jeremy first heard the Squip, his voice was confused and scared, yet robotic. After Jeremy taught the alien about emotions, his voice also had emotion.

  "I'll miss you." Jeremy stated, hugging the Squip. The Squip hugged back, rubbing Jeremy's back. They didn't let go for what seemed like forever, but the hug only lasted for a few minutes.

  "I'll miss you too." The Squip said, ending the hug. Then, went to get his spaceship ready. After about 5 minutes, the Squip left Earth, heading to wherever he was orginally going before crash landing on Earth.

  Jeremy stayed where the Squip's ship was. "You'll be back, right?" He asked outloud, although nobody would hear him.

  "Hopefully." A small voice said in the back of his head, sounding exactly like the alien he feel in love with. The Squip.
