Eric W. Squip was the most popular student at Middlebrough High School. He had lots of friends and both the guys and the gals were crushing on him (he was pansexual). Being popular was great!
What wasn't great though was all the dates he went on. Nobody so far was what he wanted. Most of the girls (and some of the guys) were just trying to get into his pants. Really, he wanted to get to know someone before they went that far.
To be honest, there was this one student he actually kinda liked, but he wouldn't let anybody know. This student was smart, kind, not afraid to be themselves. That's what Eric was looking for! However, they were considered as kinda a loser. That student, Jeremy Heere.
If anyone caught him crushing, he'd automatcially lose his popularity. Besides, Jeremy probaly didn't care about popularity or dating. He probaly cared about his grades. Heck, he wasn't even sure if Jeremy would date guys.
"If only I could tell him." Squip mummbled, starring hoplessly at his crush.
