Sorry for the wait :'3
****The quiet match was a little unsettling for you. Your last encounters with the other killers made you a bit too paranoid of where you were. Everything felt like it was watching you so you kept looking around for something. Anything.
Your generator was clicking loudly as you fixed the wires and gears together, still snapping your head around to look for anything in the fog. Then you saw it. A white mask, staring back at you.
Michael.
Music rang in your ears as you yelped in alarm and sprinted away. He was close behind you, following you as you ran around the debris and when he got too close, you slammed down a pallet, making him grunt in discomfort. Once he recovered, he broke it with ease. Then he marched after you. It was so intimidating to you, making you silently panic as you forgot where all of the pallets were. He was coming up close, as if he was keeping his distance. There was strangely a faint scent of cologne that whiffed your nose as you vaulted a window hastily.
Wrong move though, because his hand grabbed your shoulder and yanked you off the window, making you squeal in alarm as he brought you to the floor.
You expected him to pick you up but instead he slammed you into the wall.
You gasp as the wind was knocked out of you, Michael held you still, knife to your throat as he stared down at you.
You stared back. "Um..." You say. "Are you allowed to do this?"
He tilted his head at you then shook his head slowly.
"Then... I don't understand." Part of you was intrigued to why the killer had you in this position.
His eyes were barely visible through the mask, but you could almost feel them staring right through you. Then he leaned closer and the nose of the mask lightly touched your hair. He inhaled deeply.
"Whoa, what the hell?" You tried to shove him away but he grunted and held you aggressively. He took your wrists and pinned them to your side then continued to creepily sniff your hair. You wiggled uncomfortably. "Please let me go," You whisper.
You felt him shake his head. Then he moved his face in front of yours and stared at you again. In annoyance, you looked past him just to not make eye contact.
"Oh, what?" You scoff and see your teammates, Nea and Claudette peaking from boulders and staring at you and Michael while giggling. You gave them a glare, Michael noticed them too. He watched them, stalking them until he was in Teir 3. Expecting him to let you go and chase them, he grabbed you by the throat and lifted you onto his shoulder. He carried you away while you stayed still like a dummy.
Suddenly, a sharp pain erupted from your shoulder and you shrieked. He had shoved you on a hook. At first, he watched you as you scream before ripping up half of his mask, showing his lips before he leaned up and kissed you.
He held it there, and you had grown to like it, so you accepted. After that, he backed away, fixed his mask, and walked away.
You escaped that match, Michael left you alone but Nea got away on her own, everyone else wasn't so lucky. You considered paying Michael a visit, to say thank you for that unique time that match so you snuck away to the killer's side.
"Michael?" You whispered.
Suddenly, a hand gripped your shoulder and forced you back, you yelped but a hand covered your mouth. You looked up, it was Ghost Face, the newest killer you haven't faced yet but heard stories about him.
He saw your face and chuckled, holding a finger over where his mouth would be on his mask. You nodded and he let go of your mouth. He gently grabbed your forearm and led you away to a cabin that was further away from the others, like it was isolated. He let you go and lightly pushed you to the door, edging you on. You looked back and nodded a thank you, which he nodded back then wiggled his hands to you like a child would do when they descibed a ghost. You tilted your head in confusion so he froze and then shrugged, then he crouched away. Maybe he was warning you about something, you weren't sure.
You turned towards the door and took a deep breath before knocking twice, softly at first. The door opened suddenly, making you jump and in the door way stood Michael, without his mask, and a surprised look on his face. He looked shocked to see you there, on the killer's side.
"I uh," You started, your face turning a shade of red. Maybe you shouldn't be here.
You were given an answer when he grabbed your arm and pulled you inside the cabin, shutting the door behind him and looked you in the eyes. His dark eyes looked at yours in worry, as if to say, "What are you doing here?"
"I came to thank you for the interesting trial, you... Made me look at things from a different perspective." You nervously said. You felt so weird being in a killer's cabin. His small space was dark with some knife sharpening tools on a table next to his large bed. All tidy and well kept, his bed made and tools organized. The curtains were drawn and a little leather chair was sitting in one of the corners. You thought about what a nice space he kept. It was much more comfortable than what you slept in.
You avoided making eye contact with him, the situation being much too awkward for you. "Sorry, I should maybe go..."
Michael shook his head quickly and brought you into a big hug. You were startled at first, the smell of man's cologne filled your nose. You relaxed, feeling safe in a killer's grasp for the first time. His brown, messy hair was within your grasp so you played with it while you had the chance. Michael seemed to love this as you felt him loosen his grip on you.
You remembered that Michael's cabin was further away from everyone else's so you decided to point that out.
"Are you always alone, Michael?" You ask gently. His breathing hitched for a second and you felt him bury his face him your shoulder. You took that as a yes. It must've sucked to be quiet and alone all the time. No one seemed to take much notice to him, making you feel bad. Stuck in this world with no one but yourself, it sucks. "Well," You say. "I'll make sure to visit you as much as I can, okay?"
Michael faced you, worry in his eyes, and he shook his head. He was afraid you might get caught.
"No- No! I won't get caught, I'll be okay." You smiled at him. "And plus, if I do, it'll be worth it. I want you to have company."
He cracked a smile for the first time, it completing his handsome look. He seemed happier with you here now.
You took a hand and placed it on his cheek. You hated seeing someone this loving so alone. He didn't know how to act around you because he didn't have anyone there to teach him. You sympathised with him.
You leaned in and kissed him softly, he was surprised at first but then he kissed back, his hands going to your sides and you smiled. How did he know to do that?
The kiss was long and sweet, both of you remaining like that till you pulled away and laid on the bed, looking up at the ceiling with Michael while he held you in his arms, playing with your hair a little bit. Till the matches started again, you gave him another kiss before vanishing in golden dust to your next trial.
